Overall feeling good...twinges, cramp and bb started to hurt today and BLOATED like crazy. If y'all are too...this little recipe really helped:

gallon of water
cucumber sliced thin
lemon sliced thin
mint leaves
ginger (fresh)

all marinating together and drink as much as you can. It really made me feel much better.
