I had some horrible dream lastnight..
It really creaped me out..

Gerry was digging a hole, in somemud + madeline was their, cant remember much of it but it really freaked me out, ive stopped clicking on links..

What if they sold her to somebody? Kates 'They've taken her' comment.. maybe they was getting threats ect? who knows.. im home alone now + i feel so scared, ive even got Grace asleep on the sofa next to me, im not leaving her side tonight!

Wow..........sold her? This is what I mean by speculation.

But speculation is normal, she didnt say oh this is what has happened she was just asking a question

Correct me if i am wrong but they want the British taxpayers to pay for an enquiry for something that happened in another country and for the want of a better wording their own fault??

the simple truth of the matter is, that if Maddie had gone missing in the UK or USA those 2 and their cronies from the tapas bar would have been questioned and they would have HAD to answer, they wouldnt have been allowed to refuse any questions.

Such actions would have led to them being convicted, as you don't always need a body to be convicted of murder.

I can understand why some are still feeling sorry for them, I suppose they are quite convincng if you don't have a suspicious mind, but seriously, a few days ago I thought the same but how can you read all this evidence that is out there and not think something dodgy has gone on?!

It's frustrating me TBH, not all parents are good and loving, some parents DO kill their children, abuse them etc.
Just because they were Doctors doesn't make them good people.

Maddie is the only victim here.

If your child was missing you would answer ANY questions, you'd trawl the streets, you'd move heaven and earth till you found something to link you.

Kate did nothing but disrupt the case by not cooperating. Then they went on to blame the Portugese police, which yes they did a whole lot wrong, but we don't know what happened there at all, whether there was some higher ground brought in to disrupt their work too.

My plan was to come on tonight and type up everything that I've found that just isn't right over these past few days, but I KNOW it would take me days!


Also, they are keeping it in the media because they have to keep up the pretense, they have to make more money for the "fund" otherwise we'd think them worse parents than they already are.

People do stupid things all the time. Our government should absolutely step up and try to find out what happened to Madeliene, whatever the cost.

The police had no other leads, they couldnt do anything without the McCann's co-operation. A reconstruction is usually a huge part of an investigastion, but they wouldnt agree to it.

Im sorry but when most of the general public believe that the macanns are involved in maddies dissapearence it is about OUR money!! who knows what they are spending all this money on, well apart from their mortgage.

im sorry but there are 100's of thousands of genuine children missing in the world and they dont get such a high profile search do they?

the mcannans have only been able to do so much by begging the public for more money.

there does have to come a time when you can look no more.

gerry and/or kate know exactly what happened and one day it will leak out.

Is it being reopened? I thought it would only be reopened if the McCann's agreed to a reconstruction and to answer the question/cooperate in general?

If my child had suffered as a direct result of my neglect I wouldn't want any sympathy, in fact I'd want to be punished, I'd deserve everything that was thrown at me. Of course this is simply assuming she was abducted, which I do not beleive.

The speculation is what exactly the circumstances of her dissapearance was. I do not see the factthat they know more than they are letting on and were somehow involved as speculation as it is based hugely on fact. I see the assumption they are wracked with trauma and guilt as more speculation as there is very little evidence for that.

Yes, exactly. I think it must be quite hard to watch the things that go on around Madeleine's case if you have a child missing, not because of anything like what has been said in this thread, but I imagine they must feel that one child is not more important than another, so why all the focus on one child.

It will cost hundreds of thousands of pounds for an enquiry.

Hard working people in this country are paying huge amounts of tax, having tax credits slashed and are really struggling.

And David Cameron wants them to pay for it.

Why should they, they look after their kids and don't leave them to go off and eat bloody Tapas.

Yes, exactly. I can't help but question as well why thru haven't used their media attention to promote the cases of other missing children. There is no reason whey have to of course but you find ha other parents of longterm missing children have usually been largely in contact with other parents going though to sameordeal and offered mutual support. I would think it very likely that other desperate parents ave asked them or help with their plights but they have never even made avreference of the hundreds of missing children in the country. I would have much more respect for them if they were t use the press coverage they have been blessed with o support these other people as well as themselves..maybe if they have so much excess money or the fund so as o py their mortgage and legal fees they could chuck a few penny's their way? Xxx

I feel so sorry for maddie and im sorry but they dont deserve to have children if they see fit to leave them!!!!
