Fairyy, I understand now. My DH also do not want me to obsess over trying to conceive. I started taking my temps Monday but I took it as soon that I wake up, and I also go to the bathroom to take it. I did not know if I was doing it right or not. I am going to try and take my temp around the same time everyday. Thank you!

Going to bathroom to take it is fine. It works. But I think what more important is taking it at same time everyday after an undisturbed sleep.

Like I said, I'm a newbie to temping too but From what i've read you're supposed to take it after atleast a 3 hours of undisturbed sleep and at the same time every morning before you get out of bed, using a thermometer with 2 numbers after the decimal point. Although my bbt doesnt have 2 numbers after the decimal point even though its branded as a bbt! And the time I take it varies slightly as I don't have an alarm, I have a baby that wakes me up instead lol but I do take it before I get out of bed, I keep it in my bed side drawer. The time usually Ranges from 6-6.30am for me. But my temps are all over the place so maybe i'm doing it wrong somehow lol, i'm blaming the heatwave and an illness i've had, either that or early ovulation... we'll see! Oh and you can either take it orally or vaginally?? I do it orally
I guess just do whatever works for you!

We're still NTNP too, my other half thinks i'm mad temping lol but he just lets me get on with it. I just use the excuse that i'm getting to know my cycle before we start ttc!

you should temp before you move to get the most accurate reading, better still you should actually temp vaginally to get the most accurate result. after at least 3hours undisturbed sleep, before eating drinking etc.

Ica i POAS! confused though! sainsburys divi, you insert the test bit to the holder then eject, i tested, got not pregnant and ejected, 2 lines! the second is really faint but its a blue dye! the second line def had colour and was within like 2mins! got a double pack though so testing again sunday and if its still not preg but 2 lines im gonna get another brand whislt out sunday and probs test monday of hol my pee sunday and do it again. Also the SB's say from the day your period was due, well that was weeks ago!! lol

Laura do you mean digi?? I've never used a sainsburys digi, what do you mean eject?? Lol!

With clear blue digis you always get 2 lines when you crack it open, even when not pregnant :/ Dunno why but its got me before, I got all excited and turns out I wasn't preg after all, but sainsburys ones could be different?????

Temp took a massive dive this morning.. Lowest its ever been! So confused! Initially thought maybe its a o dip but again no fertile cm.. Does everyone always get fertile cm?? Could I just not get it but still o??

Haha yh lol you have to put the absorbant bit into a holder then take it back out once the result has shown and reuse the holder with the next strip. That's what I thought about the CB digi's they have 2 lines, gotta go into town tomorrow to thane bank so might nip into superdrug lol

As for fertile CM I never got any till 9dpo with Oscar, just because there's none externally doesn't mean there isn't any around your cervix xxx

Had light watery cm this afternoon! Hazaaaahhhhhhhh! lol! thats gotta be something! Now i have to get my timing right cause i can only do every other day cause of my war wounds!

How odd!! I didnt even know sainsburys did digis haha I know they do a blue dye test, havent tried it before though! When did you start testing this cycle? It feels like ages ago now! Can't wait to start testinggggggggg! Haven't even hit the 2ww yet!! and i'm already thinking about when i'm going to poas ahahahah!!
looking at accessdiagnostics now.. to buy opks or not buy opks... that is the question!!!

Ya agree with laura. Fertile cm is there where it has to be. I only see it come out when I go potty. (sorry for tmi). Otherwise I don't notice it.

My cramps are severe this morning. I think its PMS. But I know I won't be starting till Sunday/Monday. Hope it comes on Monday after I return from the trip. Otherwise trip will be ruined. But it would be amazing it BFP instead of AF.

Bd last night was really painful, actually felt myself rip! don't think I put enough magic cream on lol I've said to fiancé I'm going to ring up Monday morning and book an appointment with the consultant :/ I'm gonna get myself fixed... I can't put up with it anymore..
But will still be ntnp until then, and when I'm fixed and healed were going to ttc! Wether he likes it or not! Lol!
Hopefully wont take long to get seen and sorted so I can get an op date and i can start the countdown to official ttc time!
Scared though, of surgery, and healing.. I remember how difficult it was before, siggghhhhh

Lol would be awkward wouldn't it!! I got some tests today, superdrug own and FRER's, the POAS addict in me came out and I took one when we got home, superdrug own, was neg but I'm ok about it possibly 12dpo (again!) think I got my first BFP around 14/16dpo and even on the FrER it wasn't mega dark so hoping if I did ov and we caught the egg I'm a slow riser! Lol

Ouch hunni!! I bet you're so sore all the time fingers crossed they get you sorted ASAP and healing is quick and relatively pain free! At least there won't be PP bleeding with it this time round! Yay for TTC afterwards though so pleased for you hunni

Yep, another waste of a test. bFN was really upset about it this morning, I just need my body to decide wtf it's doing! I'll be going the docs for def Friday!

Hi all. I had a nice trip to the relative's place. Had an awesome time. I almost forgot about AF. But when I reached home yesterday night I noticed some brown cm. Woke up during night with some cramps. Rushed to bathroom and there was some spotting. No full blown AF yet. I think I should get the full force AF by tonight. If I don't get my normal AF then I still have a chance to test. Otherwise I am just onto my next cycle. For the moment I don't know what's going on Today is cd30/15dpo. Temp is still above the coverline.

I think I can give a better update about my situation by tomorrow.

Laura: What's going on hun. Hope u get to know soon what is it ???
