I think I may have made a decision as to which school I want to attend finally. It'll be an hour commute, but I think it will be the best decision for my career. Can't wait to be a sonographer!!!

I started out in accounting and I hated it so I fell back on my second plan to psychology and I love it! So happy I did it. I'm working for an adoption/foster care agency right now to get some experience.

Awesome!! I work in purchase/sales ledger atm! how strange! lol

Once i get inot my course i'll look for work in the field

What's cool about my agency is that they have a lot of programs that go beyond adoption/foster care. I interned there for their After School Program with 10-17 year olds that could be "at risk." After I was done they gave me a job with their Can Do Program, helping 18-22 year olds who are homeless, possibly drug and alcohol issues, or possibly mental health issues too. It can get pretty interesting. And I'm only 21 so I'm the same age as them but surprisingly they respect me and listen to me. It's just a nice feeling

Laura- I may only have about a year or so of school to take cuz I already have an AAS in sign language interpretig, so most of my general.education is done! It's gonna be rough! gonna have to take out loans and May end up moving.back in with mom in law, but will all be worth it.

Being a sonographer is so fun! I went to school for that for a year, but then I switched to to get my Bachelors of Science is Nursing. My plan is to be a Labor and Delivery Nurse.

It's not that Hun it's the money, if I got to uni full time I can't work and we wouldn't be able to afford our house, we would be forced onto the streets, local authority housing or with out parents, we have so much we could loose. Took long enough to get here lol x

Yeah, if I can't work even part time while going to school, I may not be able to until hubby gets a better paying job... Or any job at this point. :/ but I'm determined... Even if we have to move back in with his family, I have to do this. I WANT to do this, so bad!

Just started the free book I got with my course materials, think it's really really going to help me personally! It's a self help book basically and teaches you strategies to cope with different things. Read the into and it seems really interesting, hoping it helps with our journey!

Update on the hubs...
So he is an over analyzing, spreadsheet creating, financially crazed lunatic...better him than me
He finally got his thoughts together and talked to me last night, walked through his financial spreadsheet and realized he freaked out over nothing.

I love the man and he means well...just has crappy delivery sometime!
