OPKs are still blaring positive this morning. Going to test at work again later today. Last time I got positives it was 2 days then it dipped. Really hoping temping confirms ovulation. It's too bad I don't have more data to go off of.
 
Thanks Happy. It's still too early to tell though always have good temp pattern in the 1st week of TWW and it gradually goes down before AF. Honestly, I'm not sure if it will follow the same pattern as I wasn't expecting to O this cycle until it happened so late.


AliJO - I think you'll still confirm O once you get a thermal shift. If you got a +OPK and a shift then it's fine, FF can still detect it even if you only had few temps before O.

Jessie - I don't know about the two week wait, but we have been so sick here. We all got over it, but now both my boys are getting sick again and sound croupy. My oldest has already had enough this year. RSV, strep, pneumonia.. ugh.

Heard your immune system drops during the tww! Yeah I'm still bad with it had to take the day off work and I never have in 2 years. That's awful! Nothing worse!
 
AliJo thank you, and I agree with mdscpa, it doesn't matter if you missed some as it should still be able to detect a shift.

Mdscpa, is low progesterone an issue with you if your temps drop mid lp? I noticed for myself many symptoms of low progesterone then once I started temping I saw that whilst temps stayed above the coverline, they were consistently dipping lower and lower mid lp onwards.

I started OPKs today, obviously negative. But having some pretty strong ovulation pains which started yesterday on my left side and today still on my left side earlier but currently even stronger on my right side. So far my temps look the same pretty much as a couple of cycles ago when I ovulated really early at CD9, so I don't know if soy may be bringing it forward, or if I'm just getting these pains because it's helping make super mature egg/s. Hoping ovulation won't be as early as that but we shall see
 
Happy - I only got tested for P4 years ago before my clomid cycles and they were low. Still my doc said I ovulated but a weak ovulation. And I was only prescribed with progesterone during my clomid cycles. I haven't visited a specialist yet since TTC#2 but definitely I have that problem. Our plan is to see one next cycle and I'll probably start with clomid again and for sure use progesterone.
 
Looks like so many of us are ready for O! :) :)

Cd11 here and started opks yesterday, so by 2 today I’ll know if they’re getting any darker! First time doing all this so curious to see how it lines up with my temps. Temps have been pretty steady but had a temp drop this morning. Probably normal but won’t know for months of keeping at it! Really hoping to pinpoint O right in her pretty face & catch this egg!
 
My very first post ever here! My O is either today or tomorrow, so I'm going to test on March 3rd.

DH and I started trying last month and had a CP so FX this is the cycle!
 
Wow I had a hell of a set of cramps and pains in my left side after sed today! Never happened before and I’m starting to wonder if I have a urine infection or thrush....

Anyone else had these type of pains around O?

I think i’m around 3dpo

Could your doctor prescribe you some progesterone anyway, if you become pregnant then you will need it asap if you have a deficiency and most of the time it seems it's prescribed to use as soon as ovulation is confirmed. It certainly won't hurt to use it if they'll prescribe it to you

Yes, these are like my typical ovulation pains. They tend to start pretty central but then they start happening on one side, recently though I have them on both sides. Like yesterday they were on my left, today left and right then left again but apparently soy can cause more than one egg to be released.
Anyway, sounds normal to me, but if you're concerned have your pee tested. If it persists and you're still concerned then ask for it to be sent to the lab since some people don't show UTIs on dipsticks (I don't, I always have to have mine sent to the lab)

So never had this before, for the last 10 mins or so I've had a pulling pain around my right hip. Like it's pulling down and a warm sensation. Usually my cramps are quite centralised.

I used it a couple of cycles when ttc my dd. I did use it the cycle we conceived. I only used it as more like a lube as my inside was nice with ewcm, jyst a bit dry on entering. Sorry for tmi. If you use internally only use half or so I think. I know the full amount is WAY too much.

Mdscpa I would see about getting progestetone supplement. The progesterone we produce is what sustains the pregnancy if its viable. I think aftet about 9 or 12 weeks the placenta takes over progesterone production.

Thanks Happy and Flueky. We were supposed to start seeing our specialist when my period starts. I was expecting my period since Feb 2nd (moved to 12th and now to 25th) when I thought I was having another anov cycle. I even thought of going ahead and ask her to jumpstart my period but then I O'ed unexpectedly and super late for me so everything was put on hold. If I get a :bfp: we will definitely see her and ask her about my progesterone levels I know it should be done on 7dpo (CD21) to confirm O but I wanted to know if my levels are in a normal range to sustain a pregnancy and probably ask for a supplements.
