March Mummas - join us here!

Hi. Hope everyone is well :flower:

I had stitch-like pain on the left last week so went for an early scan. Turns out I ovulated from my left side and my ovary was still swollen! When I read the report after there was quite a bit of size difference between my left and right ovary.

Hope everything is ok at your scan.

too_scared - two for the price of one!!! you go girl :happydance: Keep us posted!!!
:hugs:

Ugh morning sickness has well and truly hit! Bleugh I feel rough and that's an understatement. I've taken some kids on a watersports activity week and they want to know why I won't go out on the boats with them. I don't think I could stand being on the choppy sea as well as ms. I think they now think i've either got a bug/i'm hungover. I've just been to the shop to stock up on plain biscuits and peppermint sweets. How is everyone else coping with it?

Mine is more nausea and comes at anytime of the day or night :( I am finding eating little and very often is helping (until I over eat and then I feel nauseaous again!)
Hope you feel a bit better soon x

Nausea is getting pretty bad for me :( It is at its worse when I am hungry, the problem with that is I don't want to eat because nothing sounds good! But once I force myself I usually feel a bit better.

I got put on Crinone gel to increase my progesterone levels since I have a Corpus luteum defect. Anyone else on vaginal suppositories?

i'm back from the dr with good news :)

the scan went well. measuring just where it should with the sac and fetal pole. the scan did show a cyst on my left ovary, which both the tech and the dr think is a corpus luteal cyst. the radiologist will send the report back soon and if it is anything else the dr will call. the dr said the cyst might be what is causing the light spotting and the pain on my left side.

i am so relieved.

i was feeling pretty miserable this morning. i had to lay in bed and eat pretzels... haha!

i hope you are all getting some relief from your bellyaches!

Hi everyone! Can I join?? I have a March 3rd due date which was confirmed at my US this morning!

I've had a bit of spotting early on with great HCG's so I got put on Crinone and have been good since. This is my THIRD US so far (one at 4w6d at the er, a f/u at 5w5d where I didn't get to see anything and today at 6w4d). This was by far the coolest! My hubs was there and we saw the heartbeat with the abdominal US and it was amazing! They did a transvag as well and it was so cool to see the heartbeat just fluttering away. I was at 124 bpm, which the tech and doctor seemed very happy with (and is pretty average from what I can tell). I'm still feeling pretty good. Headaches are getting worse and I get a bit sick in the evenings until I eat something. I have found that I get full SO easy! We went out to dinner last night and I got so sick I though I was going to throw up and I ate about 1/4 of my burrito! I'm thinking the ms is going to kick in within the next week since all of the warning signs are there.

I'm not freaking out as much as I was but I'm still nervous. I've been avoiding put up a ticker just in case, but I think I'm going to go ahead and do that soon!

Excited to spend the next 8-9 months with you ladies!

Welcome aoverholt! I can't wait until I can have an ultrasound, i'm waiting on a letter atm and am expecting one mid August. I just want to see my bubba! I think pregnancy is really teaching me patience!!

On another note - I'm a blueberry!! So excited! x

I still have the ongoing feeling of nausea which is just Destroying my usual healthy eating :-( I haven't eaten a vegetable in days! Which is horrible but I just can't face cooking. And hb has a horrible vomiting bug which means he's obviously not really up for cooking either. Sad times, I'm basically on tiny and unenthusiastic portions of bread and baked beans, with a very occasional slug of calcium enriched oj or an apple.
Wah :-(
Not really exercising either as can't face it.

Wah!

Congrats on being a blueberry :) I hope I start feeling enthused about all this soon. It would be awful if it stopped, but there's q difference between that and actually looking forward to it :-/

Hey everyone, im due march 9th although im saying march 8th because it looks better haha :) im having dizzy spells, i have an uncomfortable feeling in my stomach 24/7 and i cant bring myself to eat anything big or heavy, ive been snacking on yoghurts, crisps and digestive biscuits because its all i can handle :( cant drink my usual fizzy juice anymore as its giving me really bad trapped wind, the same as it was with my first pregnancy, boo :( x

I'm on Crinone too. I've been on it ever since a couple days into my 2ww.

Hey all I am due around March 6:angel::angel::crib: 2013 - I may or may not be having twins- find out on Monday!

I LOVE and HATE Crinone at the same time! I've been on it for almost two weeks and b/c of our insurance at work it is REALLY expensive for 18 tubes of it! I also have a lot of the gross discharge, which I hate. If it's helping sustain this pregnancy though I will take it forever!

I've only had minor sickness so far - it's usually in the afternoon/evenings before I eat. Nothing sounds good, but the longer I go, the worse it gets. My hubs and I do a "date night" every Friday and last night I didn't want to go anywhere, nothing sounded good and I didn't feel hungry. As soon as we go out and I had a piece of bread though I started to feel a bit better and ate decently. My husband didn't get it all - that I don't want to eat but when I do it helps. I guess this is the start of a few months of him not getting pregnancy symptoms and him growing my patience in preperation for a baby!

The headaches are what is really starting to get to me. I did ask my doctor about my lack of major MS at 6w4d and he said the progesterone could be helping level me out so it's not as bad. I'm a little immune to nausea though b/c of stomach issue I had a few years ago so that could also be it!

How is everyone else doing? Symptoms kicking in yet?

My prenatal is in 2 pills, one for the morning and one in the evening to help your body absorb them better and to help with nausea. Well, the morning one needs to be taken with a full glass of water on an empty stomach. 2 sips of water is all I can do in the morning :S makes me so sick. I think I'm going to have to start taking them a few hours after I eat breakfast.

Happy Bastille Day! :flower:

As aoverholt already knows... ;) I am on Prometrium (a type of bio-identical progesterone) at 300mg daily through suppositories. My acne is TERRIBLE! I counted 22 zits.. Yes.. 22! I think I am used to having one or two every now and again, but I look like a teenage boy. BUT that said- totally worth it. I would take 10 million times more acne to have this little booboo.

There are tons of us out there with low progesterone. I think the key is catching it! :)

Update on me - Still no real morning sickness and I look like a porn star now. Boobs are fuller and if they didn't hurt so damn much, it would be a win - win! :haha: Appetite is good but I have an aversion to SALAD and most veggies! I made a one my normal salads yesterday for work and I was gagging on eating every bit of it. Things like pasta, baked potatoes, bread, some cereal... are what really sound good to me. Ultrasound to see the heartbeat in 5 days! And today is our 4-years-of-marriage anniversary (been together 8 years!).

How are all of you??

Blueberry! YAY! :happydance:

Morning Sickness got me bad this week  The only thing that has sort of been helping is sucking on hard candies (peppermints) during the day. If it stays bad I'm going to have to ask my Dr. for Zofran at my appointment on Tuesday. I had to miss work on Thursday because my nausea was so bad, and I can't miss more work.

Just a gut feeling, My husbands parents were both twins too so that is in the genes I guess and I am over 35 so the odds for twins is higher.

Just a thought you may like to try swapping your pregnancy vitamin suppliament for a different brand... it helped a lot for a friend of mine who turns out was allergic to one of the ingredients and didnt know and that is what was making her feel so sick. It is worth a try maybe?

Hi can I join you?
