Sarah yep homebirth stuff is all sorted and ready
I can't believe I'm still pregnant! I will be so stunned to go overdue, no one in my family has ever carried this long! it feels so weird. It does feel like it will happen soon, but I've had no major signs yet, not losing plug or anything Ah well I figure I can't be pregnant forever, right?

Hi all -

hope everyone is ok ... we are having a stressful week - Daves dad went in for an operation today on a brain tumour (its a very long story but basically Daves parents havent told us a lot about it and basically made out like it was only a minor thing.) Well we have just found out that it was an 8 hour operation and during it he has had a bleed on the brain so they cant take the ventilator out at the moment and need to wait until the bleed settles ... now that is not a minor operation and we have no idea what is going to happen and he is in Manchhester over 2 hours drive from here its all a complete nightmare.

Sorry for rant just needed to get it out as Daves familys attitude just seems to be it will be ok and dont want ot discuss it.

Argh H+F poor Dave, can't believe they didn't say how major it was! How stressful for all of you. I hope everything goes ok and he recovers. They really need to communicate better though, I hope Dave is ok

Sarah the farm sounds great, we have some friends with sheep and chickens and so hoping to visit them this afternoon, should be nice. The weather has been great here, I love the sunshine!!

We took will down to the river today, just at the end of the road, it's lovely and he walked several fields, throwing balls for the dog. It was going great until he refused to walk back and wouldn't let Daddy carry him. I had to lug him all the way back - ouch.

Hey all the indian takeaway was yum! Such a bad week weight watchers wise going to definitely have put on this week!!!! Today I went out with my friend hand her 3 kids, she's pregnant almost 35wks with her 4th and the other 3 are more or less the same age as my 3 her hubby is in afghanistan (army captain) and Dan was working so we went for lunch at the leisure centre and then bowling and then took kids to the park! Nice day out then back home and whipped up a rice,barley and spelt risotto with chicken which even fussy 'chicken nugget only' Erin ate without a fuss now to bath kids and put them to bed and have a bit of me time before Dan gets back from work!

Emera - hope baby arrives soon!!

LC- Owen is like that and only wants me to carry him too!

Sarah - sounds like you've been having a nice time lately

H&f - hope Dave's dad is okay

We'll we've just had boiled eggs fresh from their bottoms yesterday and Will enjoyed them!

He did the funniest thing yesterday, DH was brushing his teeth at the stink starkers and Will approached from behind, with a baby wipe in hand and wiped Daddy's bottom for him lol he's sooooo helpful lol

It's chucking it down here, so long day in for us xx

It would have been my little brother's birthday today. I have my dad and stepmum coming over for lunch and the afternoon/evening. Bit disappointed that I on't have a little baby for them to snuggle to cheer them up, but not much I can do about it

I'm feeling ill, with a sore throat and headache, and Roh is coughing and sneezing too. Bleugh!

Happy dues date to me though, always knew this would be a hard day.

L-C fresh eggs are yum :thumup: I like running out to the garden, collecting the eggs and then cooking and eating them

Rubbish weather here too, so not too much going on. I have everything to collect from yesterdays wedding and then Oliver and I are going out for lunch with my parents.

The weather is gorgeous but not got many plans as Dan at work. Already done the food shop and 2 loads of laundry and dinner in slow cooker have Owen complaining of an ear ache tho given him some nurofen. He's only had a 30min nap tho so is really moany and clingy and wants bf

Hope you are all ok. We've been up since 5:20 am booo hooo, think it's his teeth that cause him to wake early. Have the in laws over today, which is always interesting. Will loves them though, so I have to grin and bear it, they are lovely just loud and in your face. I like keeping things calm here, helps with the dog. They bring their dog who, winds ours up and they spend the afternoon barking.

Maybe - hope Owen's ear didn't come to anything xx

Sunday was nice actually Roh ha a lovely tme playing with my Dad and stepmum and I thing he cheered them up. We had a cake and sang happy birthday to my brother. It was emotional, but sort of good in its own way.

We went to the park yesterday, it looked lovely and sunny but it was absolutely freezing I've been really busy with new enquiries lately, so that's good

I've had another day with loads of new enquiries and bookings! I'm not sure why I'm so busy, either its the time of year / month or I made some tweeks to my website and maybe its that? I had an enquiry from someone who put at the bottom 'ps your website it lovely' so maybe its that. I was so pleased when I read that, I did it all myself so to get a compliment like that is so nice! I'm always a but paranoid that its not as good as a professionally designed site but I do my best
