Moms of April/May/June 2010 babies thread! :)

Maybe-tandem feeding is tiring, especially in the early days but it has reaped rewards in the bond mine share. Do you think you will wean Owen or continue to feed? Xx

Mork I feel really bad saying this but i would like to wean Owen off the boob before baby comes. He's bobby mad tho :dohh:

I've uploaded my latest test for you to see. Pretty dark line I think!

Dan is still very disinterested in this pregnancy and not interested in anything to do with scans etc. I think I'm very much doing this alone. He just can't cope with the kids making noise and mostly it's just normal playing, bickering etc. you can't expect kids to sit around with their mouths closed. My kids are very lively but they are good kids at heart.

Aw hon, you'll be fine! I'm watching obem too and am so excited about the thought of doing it all again!!!!
How often does your booby monster feed now? T is still a minimum of 2x a day, but usually 3 - would be more if i let her!
Give dan time hon, he will come round and it wont probably hit home 100% for him till he sees that little person on the scan.
Big hugs xxxxx

He would feed all day if I let him! He feeds at least twice as I try not to let him have much more than that. He constantly asks for it tho!!

Got pregnant 3+ on a digi this morning! Shows that levels are rising! Think this bean wants to stay put!!!

Yay for a sticky bean maybe, how are you feeling about another?? It sounds so much more positive with Dan. I suppose we know our bodies so well, you've had more time than him to prepare and it's bound to take him a bit longer to come round xx

Amy-thinking of you.
Maybe-Owen sounds just like t! Is Oliver as enthusiastic Sarah?
Xxx

Mork yes he is I'm afraid! I'vebeen working on getting him to just have feeds when he wakes up / when he goes to bed / if he wakes in the night and so far so good! If he's poorly I'll just let him do what he wants but therest of the time, if he asks I just say 'why don't we get a juice instead?' And he's usually happy with that :)

Just a quick question for breastfeeding mummies - I feel empty all the time now and Eva is only sleeping for a few hours at a time is that normal? I only fed Amy for a couple of months so I am in new territory.

I am also really stressed ATM my brother is being admitted to a rehab clinic for alcohol addiction tomorrow and he is really ill. Sorry just needed to share.

Hey H&F, sorry to hear about your brothers difficulties - hugs xxxxxx
As for the b'fing are you just b'fing? how often does she feed? does she have wet and poopy nappies? Is she gaining weight? xxxx

H&F sorry to hear about your brother, really hope the rehab will getting bim back on track xxxx

It might be the four month regression, Ava has been feeding more since 4 months but more to sooth herself than feed IYKWIM. I've had to limit her by soothing her in other ways and then I have more milk for a more fulfilling feed. Only to 3 hours max though. I have gone through lots of periods where I have felt completely empty, which worried me but it tends to pass. Are you drinking enough water??

H&f :hugs:

Well Dan and I got into another argument about the same crap and he's and left. Looks like I may be on my own from now on. Just trying to keep calm for baby bean :(

He finally answered my text about where he had gone and wrote 'for a little walk' tbh I don't know if this is going to work :( I'm feeling sick and my stomach hurts and I feel like I'm going to have a mc and I'm too exhausted to even cry any more.

:hugs: Maybe! I don't know what to say, you're having such a tough time, but I have lots of :hugs: for you xxx

H&F I hope you're okay too!

Amy thinking of you, how are you?

:hugs: all around tonight!!!

Sometimes I think maybe we would be better off alone :( he never seems happy and I'm always trying to preempt his mood and feeling sick when I see the next fight on the horizon :(

I think I am eating / drinking enough. Had her weighed on Wednesday and she is still following the 75th line perfectly. She feeds every 2 to 3 hours during the day I think ... Possibly a bit more. She doesn't seem upset or really hungry all the time just a booby monster. Was just wondering if it's normal as I don't want her going without!

I don't know. I told him today he had to enjoy what he has and not wallow in the past drinking wine and stewing over stuff. I'm sure if he spent less time drinking and trying to sleep all day and made more of an effort to play with the kids and help with the day to day stuff he wouldn't be having his head full of crap!
