The babylegs are gorgeous but unfortunately designed for a much chunkier baby than Sofia, they kept falling off! Think they'll fit her in a couple of months. They're from Leg Huggers.

Hee hee, the first photos I took of Sofia in her LLs she was throwing a strop! How are you liking the BG?

heh, sara, yes, he does pitiful extremely well! usually at nappy/changing time. though he can be the sweetest he ever is as well, all coos and giggles.

faerie, am not sure about the BG yet, we bought 5 of them plus 2 bamboo boosters (for £40 added to the £30 voucher from the council) and washed 2, to test them (in case we hate them and want a refund). have only tried this one and I put it on, and that was fine, but OH took it off. he said it wasn't very wet, so am not sure if he means the lining wasn't very wet but inside was, or the whole thing wasn't very wet because he didn't do much of a wee (but it was on at least 3 hours). have been a bit slack this afternoon and haven't had a look at it yet, it's in the dry pail. certainly no leaks, so that's a good start anyway!

All the nappies have been washed now so tomorrow we begin our cloth bum journey!!
Just hope I can get the nack of the terrys, went on YouTube and kept getting videos of grown men putting terry nappies on

Whenever I search ebay I always seem to find adult diapers for men, not what I'm looking for

the best way weve found to fold is just to put it in front of u with a corner facing you, fold the side corners into the middle so u have a diamond, then fold the top bit down so u have a triangle, then fold the point on the bottom up towards the middle, u will have to try it on to see how far to put it up cos it depends on how big ur baby is

if thats too big i know another one that is meant to fit up to 3months, just let me know and i'll tell u it cos am gna have to find my book out again haha

Bekki, we use terries (I LOVE them! ) and I got all my favourite folds from here: https://www.terrynappies.co.uk/info/FoldingTerryNappies.pdf

When Vincent was smaller my favourite was the Simple fold, but now I like the Neat Nappy, with the front of the nappy folded in either side to give a bit more absorbency and make it a bit slimmer between the legs. I think the most important thing with terries is to fold in the legs to avoid leaks round the side of your wrap and also for good poo containment!!

I haven't looked back since using my bamboo terries, I love them! Feel free to PM me if you want any more tips or help or anything! Hope you get on ok with them

Ohh, I just noticed, Cassidy is just 2 days younger than Vincent!

MJ, Adam looks sooo cute in his fluff, even when he's in a paddy hehehe!! Let me know how you get on with the BGs, I'm looking for a good nighttime nappy for Vince, I'm almost ready to switch to cloth at night if I can find a good reliable nappy (I'm thinking either pocket or maybe AIO... Probably pocket though for the drying time!)

shadow - at the moment i'm using either mothercare smart nappies on a nighttime wth 2 pads or n a nappy by minki with 2 fuzzibunz/naughty baby inserts - hope this helps!!!
