ive only found UD nappies preloved, or custom ones, i dont much fancy paying a fortune for a nappy tbh when i can make one much cheaper, i do have one UD though, marbly chocolate minkee with pink fleece inner, its nice like but i wouldnt have paid more than about £8 for it new, i think nappies are such a rip off, i bought it mainly to see what all the hype with minkee was and i cant tell much difference between that and fleece tbh

Hi ladies- hope you don't mind me joining you! Thought I'd share my first cloth diaper sewing experiment. The fit definitely needs some tweaking and I think it's too pretty to poo in- I put a pocket diaper under it so it didn't actually get used! I made it to match the sea creature quilt I made for Emma's crib. Anyway, Emma is now a full-time fluffy bum baby. Turns out she's sensitive to something in disposables. We were always going to do cloth during the day, but now we'll be going with cloth at night too, giving me an excuse to increase my collection of cloth

Ha ha i know i had a problem that we didnt have internet It was a hard time I have found some AMAZING nappy sites though OMG i nearly died of cuteness ha ha ha!!

Freya in a Disana Tie on Nappy and a BG AIO.

I have thought about trying a Disana for a while, think I will get a few in for when I next have a baby to use for the first few months, they are cheap and soooooo amazingly soft! The one I have Freya in is Medium, and I think a bit too big. I will probably just put it on her when she is lolling around the house, with no wrap.

OMG Kirsten, Freya is just sooooooo gorgeous!!! loving the disana - i have looked into them a few times but i was a bit put off about them being tied on!?!? how do you find it?? loving the BG i think i might just have to get another one and give it another try they are too cute and soft not too i'll just make sure to tell rob it isnt the same as the one i had and sold on!LOL

Loving Freyas AN too - i keep meaning to bu daisy a new one!! i love the buttery colour of yours!!

I think the disana would be nice for newborns, as it is so soft and lovely. But I had a bit of trouble getting it on Freya as she wriggles and tries to escape all the time! It was the first time I used it though so I guess it gets easier the more times you do it. The tying was ok, getting the legs tight enough were a bit harder. The insert I bought with it is fab, it is sooooo soft, I am going to get some more I think. I got it off kittykins, they were mega cheap!

I will def remember to stock up on some smaller sizes for next baby in a couple of years, as all my nappies are BTP, so I need some smaller ones to start with.

Yeah they have loads of cheap stuff! I went a bit mad the other day and ended up with things like toothpaste!
