restless legs?

I had terrible rls last pregnancy but it didn't really bother me until 2nd/3rd tri. I'm only 4 weeks so super early still but I definitely feel the rls kicking in. Could it really start this early? It's going to be a long pregnancy if so I was in tears with it last time.

I suffer from it even when I'm not pregnant and it just gets worse when I'm pregnant, I hate it
