Faun such beautiful children! Maybe if Darcy gets chicken pox it won't be that bad because if you had it as a kid you may still have the antibodies and pass it through the breastmilk. I hope Billy gets healthy quickly!

Lennox is doing great. He will sit on the potty now, but not go. It's a start as he used to cry and refuse to sit. He also can identify the colors blue and green. He talks up a storm and uses his words when he wants something. The bad thing he is doing is hitting everyone when he is mad or he wants you to move. Trying to stop that!

mom2pne: Chloe was the same with her potty and has only just started sitting on it but will not go. i agree tho its a start!

i had another scan today and they had problems looking at little mans left kidney again so they are just going to wait untill he is born now. they also did an estimated weight and at 36+6 he weighes approx 9lb 4oz!! lol gaining an average of 1lb a week now!! xxx

i cant believe blake is 2 in 6days!!! where has the time gone??? its mad. he's still only the size of a 1yr old - is now in 12month clothes. lol! i still get rude comments about making a child of his age walk etc. i wish ppl would mind their own business.

I'm having such a shit time at work. It's such a long winded story but it's something along the lines of getting in shit for something that isn't my fault. Being blamed for not doing things that have never been asked of me before, being put on an performance improvement plan with a view to sack me if don't complete the objectives before I go on maternity leave. And they have done all of this in the last trimester of my pregnancy.

It's left me teetering on the edge of my stress levels! xx

Hi Kathryn, I'm really not sure what they're up to, but it does look like constructive dismissal. I still can't work out if the demands are unrealistic or not. I've set myself up a lever arch file for the objectives. I've sectioned the file off into 9 compartments ( one for each objective) and then divided those sections off further for the 39 sub objectives, the things I have to prove I've done for each objective.

On one hand I feel bloody angry and I feel that I will achieve each and every point plus more and I'll make a bloody good job of it, so screw them all. And then on the other hand I feel completely paranoid, upset and worried sick. I hate the thought of them trying to get shot of me, but I hate the thought that they might actually think I'm shit at my job even more.

I'm now worried about requesting to start my MAT leave earlier (at 4 weeks rather then 12 days before my EDD) xx

It's awful! I know what you mean! My school went through restructuring but only mine and one other dept that was restructured and was demoted as a part of that. I felt like crap - but to be honest I'm on the same money for less work- but still feel like leaving after LO is born!

Personally I would screw them as much as possible!!!

Well I've got a Drs appointment this morning and I'm going to get him to sign me off work for 2 weeks. Noah will still go to nursery for a couple of days a week while I'm off, and while he's there I'll use the time to work on my objectives. Even though work have been shit, I need to complete the tasks that they have set me so I won't worry about my job whilst I'm of with the new baby.

diz - i dont think they can stop you going on mat leave early, especially if you canget your doc to sign you off with stress!!! plus they then cant sack you until after you return to work from mat leave.

at the moment the slightest thing is getting me down - we are trying to live on £95 a week for 5 of us as the benefits are nobs (sorry) and have stopped £180 a week, majority is tax credits they said we didnt renew BUT they have record of me ringing in may to say no changes in circumstances!!! and some is OH injury benefit, apparently he was only entitled to it for 1 year and yesterday was a year since the RTA.

our car went bang on the side of the A14 at begining of aug and had to be scrapped as to much to repair, so we have had to buy, tax and mot a new car and pay for insurance as we cancelled old policy.

it has been 1 thing after another. tears dont come close!!!

My little darling has just swiped my wallet and is pulling out train tickets and declaring "tik-eet" and then "coin!" wonderful... she just threw a tantrum when I took my bank card from her! It's apparently a "tik-eet" yet my Iceland Bonus card is a "card" she's so proud when she has the coins, lol, So far she's ignoring the £10 note she pulled out, might have to go and rescue that one! She might get a little handbag and purse with some money in it for her birthday
