So thirsty all the time but unable to drink water

So when I saw my doctor today she was really keen to try an anti sickness called promethazine. Its from a completely different family of drugs than metoclopramide and she doesn't think it will have the same effects as cyclizine. I took my first 1 at 3:30pm and its like god has waved a magic wand over me and made me feel human. I'm on high alert for 72 hours and if nothing 'bad' happens ive found an anti sickness medication I can take. I have been prescribed 2 weeks worth if I take the maximum dose or 1 month if I half the dose which is recommended.

My only concern is it says not to use for longer than a week all over the packet.

I have found taking Zyrtec before bed helps with nausea the next day. It's odd but it has helped. Maybe worth a try?
