kazwindy - I too, noticed the 'snag' on my cervix when removing the softcup. It wasn't uncomfortable for me though so I'm still using them.
I did read somewhere (not sure if this is true) that the softcups hold the sperm closer to your cervix than the diva cup does. Obviously diva cup is better than nothing and if the softcups are irritating you, thats not good either. Just wondering if anyone else has heard that?
