Thanks for all your good wishes ladies...but as you will see from my ticker, AF arrived today....grrrr.
I was expecting it, so at least I didn't waste a pregnancy test.

Totally going to use softcups again this cycle, but think I will wait to O to put down a testing date if that's ok, as I seem to O at different times each month.

Just a question - I noticed Titi that you said you pop in a softcup about 10 minutes after BDing...is that considered the best thing to do? I have been using mine immediately after, but maybe should wait a little bit...what do you think?

Thanks for the very honest feedback on wet patches ladies!

Its strange our experiences are all different - we find that after withdrawl some leaks out straight away. Before ttc I would run to the bathroom and wash, but now I just pull up my pyjamas, DH passes me a pillow for under my bum and I fall asleep that way. We put a towel on the bed too after. Forever changing the bed clothes and my pjs with all this ttc lark!

I think I am going to give it one more month without the softcups and if the BFP doesnt come this month, I am going to try next month. Hope its ok to stalk the thread picking up tips until then?

LuckyD-I am sorry witch got you. I was really hoping one of us in for the 20th would get our bfp.

I don't honestly know when the best time to put the softcups in is. The first 4 cycles I used them I DID put them in immediately. Then when I didn't get a bfp I started to worry that maybe I'm messing with nature TOO much-that the body is made for the sperm to go where they need to immediately and maybe sticking something in there could actually move the vital ones out of the way.

So........I am now putting them in 10 minutes after (but not moving at all staying on back with hips up) figuring that within 10 minutes all the good ones will go where they need to, and after 10 minutes or so it can help the others that are "lost" or starting to dribble out up and away......

Again-I feel like nobody should take my advice b/c whatever I am doing is NOT WORKING

i always wait about 15 mins before putting a softcup in too - same way of thinking as titi re not wanting to mess with nature too much.
with regards to non fertile preventing wet patch times i can normally make it to the toilet before it starts to come out lol gross huh.

i have to say this, and might be tmi for some of you. when oh and i used them the first time and got pregnant with my last son we used them right after so that i wouldnt have to just lay there, and also a couple of times i really wasnt in the mood so i just used preseed and "got him there" sorry tmi, then caught the little in there and inserted it that way. i always bent down and used my finger to kind of poke around on the outside of the softcup to give them a little boost up there. did that a couple of times each time i used them. i had read some other website threads where thats what the ladies were doing.

Hello girls,
I know this is going to be a bit hard to control-and obviously can't-but mwahxx has pointed out that we have a lot of softcup stalkers who don't put in for test dates or AFs but will pop in with a bfp for pma.

The more the merrier! If anyone out there is using softcups it would help us tons if you let us know-esp. if you plan on announcing a pg here ever. The reason being, is that this is a testing thread to give people an idea of the accuracy of softcups. We are keeping statistics. So if 100 people use them and 50 report bfps and 50 report afs then we know we have a 50% rate. But if we have a lot of mystery softcup users out there that are only going to post bfps then that is really going to mess up our statistics, if they aren't ever reporting bfns, if you know what I mean? Just wondering if you could help us out with that if you are a softcup user stalking this thread but haven't actually posted before but may if you get a bfp.

As much as I hate messing up the stats ('cause i'll probably end with Af showing up anyway -ahhh i know i need more PMA!!), I'll go ahead and put down my testing date (or AF due date).

Titi pls put me down for 28. If AF shows up sooner, I'll let you know. By the way I agree with the others - OMG ur gorgeous!! mmm do you work out? cause you look fit as a fiddle.

aww you girls are too sweet-thank you so much.... I actually had my hair & makeup done that day so I don't normally look like that, lol.. I've only been changing my pics up so much lately because one of the other girls in my threads started doing that and I thought it was so much fun to see them and get to know her better that way.
Keyahopes I was working out a lot more then b/c it was before the wedding. I haven't been able to exercise at all lately with my work schedule & things going on at home and it's bumming me out. DH & I used to also go to yoga every week as part of our fertility plan and we haven't been able to leave our one little dog alone that has epilepsy and been suffering really bad seizures lately so its been hard.

Also I put you down for the 28th-thanks for the date-that's fine if it isn't actually a 'test date'.....I just figure out when my next witch is due-add a few days to be sure and put that down for a date......sometimes I get anxious and test before and sometimes just wait for the stupid hag.

Blessedmomma-Thanks for the softcups tips. I was putting them in right away and poking around too for about the first 3 or 4 cycles. It didn't work & I switched it up a little. Maybe should go back to that.
