Faye, oh I know it's so hard with long cycles and worrying if O will come. FX it's soon. You should research vitex. I use it to keep my hormones balanced. I use the gaia brand. Oh and yes I seem to get HUGE temp spikes. Must be a good thing about my hormones. I guess it's why my gyn said she had no doubt I was Oing.

But I totally get the jealously thing. I have 3 sister-in-laws and they are ALL pregnant right now-- one with twins! I know I just started trying myself but it's hard not to feel a bit envious and left out. We were there a few weekends ago and all everyone could do was gush about how they were ALL pregnant- what about me!? And they even took out a doppler one night and all started looking for heartbeats. It was a bit rough, to say the least.

I can totally relate.. It's funny how that works right? We just started TTC two months ago and I never thought I would feel like deep about it. It's humorous though, I always wanted a girl first but now I want a boy so we can name it after my father in law...

Faye I don't know if you are religious or spiritual but I try to think God is waiting for just the right baby for me even though I don't understand. But I know trying to be patient sometimes feels impossible.

Gagrlinpitt I know when I started I wanted a biy. I kind of hope for a girl now and I admit it's selfish because I want the first girl as my 2 SILS have boys. Although I will be so happy for either

Just stopping in, I've been so busy lately I haven't had much time to drop in. MIL is coming to town today and staying through tomorrow. Plus I have to work on my paper so I probably won't be on much.

Faye - that's rough. I can totally relate. I feel like all my cousins have either had a baby or gotten pregnant in the 14 months we were TTC and I've been so bitter about it.

Feeling optimistic (but still trying to play it cool!) that ovulation may finally be here. Got a flashing smiley using CB at 6 AM but then went back to sleep until like 10 (so sleep deprived!) and Wondfo was as positive as I've ever seen. Second line was as dark as control. Coupled with my steady temp drop over the past two days and increased sex drive yesterday, I am hopeful. And with my cycles being 40+ days, this is the time I would be ovulating, if I am... Fingers crossed. My DH and I are definitely exhausted in the BD department... not sure how much longer we can keep this up without a little break!

My next levels came in!!! Wed: 541. Friday: 1843!!! I'm going in tomorrow for my first ultra sound to locate ... egg sac?

Faye- I never used the CB ovulation tests so I'm not much help. But hoping you O soon!

They called and my appt with the fetal specialist is Thursday. A little nervous but On the bright side maybe I'll get some cool ultrasound pics since their equipment is supposed to be fancy!

Faye sounds good. I'd say if you had dipped your advanced digital opk in with wondfo you would have got a peak!

This is the second time my Betas have tripled! Hoping this is a good sign. The nurse said it was very good.

So excited for tomorrow's appointment. I know I won't actually see my bean, at most we'll just see the sac, but at least I'll know there's something growing there. I can't wait until I can see my little bean!!


Flueky - We got our BFP this cycle and only BD on the day before and day of the +OPK. So maybe less BD is the way to go.

Angel I hope so. I guess it's hard sometimes to be optimistic. DH basically said I was crazy to think it didn't happen.

Faye, I would definitely try today. I think the day of positive opk is important to have sperm ready for egg the next day. FX

Yes, Faye, def try today! Day of OPK is good because you can O as early as the same day as the +OPK or as late as 2 days later.

Flueky - I know. I was sure I was out this cycle because of our timing. your time will come! I can't wait!

Went for my Ultrasound today. Found my gestational sac, and doctor says everything looks good for 4W+6. After this week, the doctor is going to see me every week for an US until I am 12 weeks! Wow! I'll get an US every week! Right now I have just a little blob, but it's a cute little blob. I'm so excited.

He thinks we're going to maybe see the heart beat next appointment (scheduled for 6W+1).

I've been wished a happy mothers day today by my doctor and a couple friends who already know. I feel so loved.

Hey ladies I'm back..

Aj and Angel- happy mother's day!!

Flueky- keeping my fx for you this is your month!

Afm, my brother in law finally told my mother in law she is going to first time grandma. After the initial shock, I think she is excited but also a bit sad it's not us first (bil isn't married or in a serious relationship). She proceeded to tell us that this doesn't get us off the hook. Little does she know that my nephew is going to have a cousin sometime soon (We are praying daily this is our month, and hopefully with the opks this will help our chances).

On a seperate note My cycle had been a bit weird.. Medium flow yesterday on day 1and very light today... I'm expecting heavy flow tomorrow.
