Hi girls

I stopped taking bcp (ortho try cyclin lo) last September after using it for about 6 years. I'm 24 years old.

The first two cycles after coming off were crazy. I felt so ill that there were some days that I didn't move from the couch. I moved to Saudi Arabia last January and ended up skipping a cycle.

A year later it seems like my cycles are finally becoming regular. However, last month I bled slightly for 1 day and I've had cramping ever since. I've had backaches and other tummy issues. I've got about 4 days until AF is due.

I still don't know what symptoms are typical for a normal cycle, but I'm hoping to start keeping better track these days.

Congrats Wtbam!! Beautiful! Glad you are both doing well, hope the jaundice clears quickly! Definitely makes me more determined to have my baby showers sooner rather than later and try to be prepared before the last minute as you never know!

Welcome back Charmed! I was thinking about you this morning.

Our house is coming along and my rash went away. I feel much better.
I should be O the end of next week and DH has been putting more of an effort into BD'ing. I haven't really told him anything other than that we should do DTD more often the next two weeks. No temping for me and I've only been recording CM and I feel much better about it already. If this isn't our cycle, I'm just going to keep doing what I have been, which is pretty much SMEP minus the OPK's.

We are now home finally and it's so great to be back. Everything is going so well.

Wtbam, your little girl is just beautiful I have just read your birthing story at the end of your pregnancy journal, wow! So happy that everything worked out in the end. Hugs. How are you feeling to be home?

I had the worst dream last night. Everyone was pregnant.. Including my own mother! Argh. It was just heartbreaking. I'm still feeling dizzy on & off, I think it's down to my IBS! Yuck. I wish I could go back to my holiday! We went to a fantastic spa while we were away, it was pure heaven!

DH & I are taking it easy this month & I have to say, I am enjoying it a lot more! I don't think I managed an orgasm with DH the last few months of TTC! Even if I wasn't in the mood, I'd force myself to DTD.. It was just sucking all of the fun out of it Things seem a lot better now & OH is not feeling as pressured either I am desperate for this to be my month!

Oh, and for anyone who remembers the toaster thing.. DH fixed our old toaster (the one that the water went on to), so that's still going to be how I tell him. Hehe. And maybe a onesie too.. Just because! xx

Charmed that's a terrible dream! I am really glad to hear that you seem to be enjoying your BD more. I know I wasnt ttc very long but the first couple months I stressed about it constantly. I stopped enjoying sex really and just didn't even want to do it. My bfp cycle I just relaxed. I still temped but didn't do anything else and we bd'd way more and I really enjoyed it. It seemed to make a difference. Fx'd and baby dust to every one of you ♡♡

MrsH, wow! That rash sounds crazy and scary! Glad you're feeling better now though! Glad to hear that DH is putting in more of an effort with bd'ing, and that you're feeling better about it!

Charmed, glad to hear your had a nice vacation! It's always a bummer coming back from one...I hope you're able to get back into your swing of daily life without too much annoyance! And glad to hear things are feeling more relaxed in the bd department. That definitely has to help things!

Yes this relaxed method is the way to go Charmed! I feel a lot better about things. I didn't orgasm last time we DTD because we're sleeping on our spare bed and it's so uncomfortable. You would think it'd be fun and bouncy (we have a temperpedic) but not so much lol.

Turtle it was a very random thing to happen. After some googling, it sounds like this sort of thing happens mostly to children lol. After I went to the ER I didn't really worry about it though. The break from work was nice and I didn't feel like I needed to try and look "nice" so I got a break from that too.

Poor DH tried to BD last night when I hinted about it and then I turned him down. I'm just so tired and I figure we're still far out enough I don't want to tire myself out now. I think tonight I might just throw on some lingerie while he's painting and see what happens!

Nothin much happening here! I see my GP Monday and now that I am eligible for the government insurance (MSP) he can refer me to a bunch of specialists he couldn't before. Yaaay!

Yes turtle I'm supposed to O this week! We BD sat, tonight and we will again Thurs, Friday and Sat. I told hubby this week was very important and he is on board. I'm pretty positive he's just as frustrated as I am about not being preggo yet. Lol.

Ladies where are you????

I was very crafty with DH last night. Around lunch time I texted him and said I think you need a surprise tonight and he said yeah!!! so I said something.... lacy. Then when he texted me he was on his way home I threw on some lingerie and sent him a teasing pic and was waiting for him. I'm quite proud of myself because I have a very hard time initiating. I also used Preseed before hand and kind of let him think that was me.... I figured I would ruin the mood if I corrected him so I let him keep thinking that.

I'm ok. Trying to juggle family. Can't fly home for thanksgiving.. $$$ so I will for Christmas. Course, just a little sad to miss a holiday. But...struggling how to do them from now on. OH splits ChristMas Eve/day with his ex and his kids. My family is a plane ride away. Trying to see what that means for me ever seeing mine. If that makes sense. Lol. Either I don't see mine. Or he doesn't see his kids...or we don't see each other.

Ahh I'm sorry you're going through that. DH's parent's used to live in Arizona so I get it. You want to see everyone for the holidays.We just kind of had to split the holidays up and take turns with both families. We'd either go out to see them for Thanksgiving or Christmas. But it's harder when kids are involved.
