Danna, I'm so sorry about your fertility treatment! How frustrating! And I'm really, really sorry that they think you have PCOS still. At least it's something they can treat though, there's a silver lining! I agree with Patience, I think at the very least you're getting something that can only help you with the Femera. I'm still holding out hope that they're wrong on your diagnosis, but even if they are the Femera shouldn't hurt anything, right? I agree, it does seem like TTC pretty much becomes like a full time job. It's so frustrating, and hard!

Patience, how are you doing over there?

Charmed, I can't wait to hear how your appointment went yesterday!

Afm, DH had his SA yesterday, they said 3 days on the results so I'm hoping to hear something by Friday! And Friday is my HSG appointment as well. I'm getting anxious to hear some results! I'm excited to try this month!

Danna, I am on fermara. They have me taking it CD 3-7 I took clomid CD 5-9. I wouldn't worry about it doing any harm. Although I think the Dr office shouldn't have shoved you or the door, I think it is a right step in the pregnancy direction.

Turtle! Always good to hear from you glad your hubby's SA is coming back so fast, we didn't get his for weeks! Hurray for hsg, so this month you're going all out huh to make the most of the "flushing out"

Afm I'm alright, still nothing in the symptom department after my sore boobs abruptly vanished, temps still stupid :/ a little tense in my abdomen but I think that's cuz I'm still coughing all the time plus pulled something in my back, which is feeling better but still tender. Just waiting for Friday when I'll test and stop the progesterone to try and save up enough packs to squeeze one more month out!

Not allowed to call the Dr till I've used the progesterone for 3 cycles, so one more bloody month till I can make an appt.

Haha Charlie one does not simply leave BnB, I lurked a bit during my break too

Thanks Turtle! I'm quite sad and nervous about the PCOS, especially because of the higher mc rate, I'll have a hard time enjoying the first trimester of my pregnancy when it comes...
I hope you get your results fast! Tell us soon when you do! My SO needs to have a sperm analysis soon too, if this cycle isn't sucessful.

Thanks for the info Charlie! I'm wondering when/if I'll O on that, like if it makes a difference which CD you think it, and also if there's a high chance if multiples. My doctor really told me nothing and the internet is scary xD

Danna, I ovulate around CD16- CD 18 on both drugs. And chance of multiples is about the same, a little less with Fermara.

Haha I'm definitely not hopeful every morning I wake up his hoping that my temp will escape this zone I've been in, but no! Feeling a bit achy today but the progesterone is keeping any spotting at bay

Looks like the weirdness continues for me.

I have been feeling a little bit of ache/cramps down there so thought maybe af is trying to come, but I'm also (tmi) really, really wet down there I know the progesterone leaks out but not this much! And (worse tmi) when rummaging in there you get these wet tissue type lumps, anyway one of them came back red, the rest were white like normal so i tried again, same thing. Can my body ever make sense? I didn't spot till 14dpo last month, hope the progesterone isn't being crushed by my own hormones

Afm, crazy temp spike this morning? If I o'd cd6 I'll cry. But I had an US cd5, surely the doctor would have seen I was about to O? But then he did only look 10 seconds...

I've made tomorrow test day, as long as it's bfn and my temp isn't higher than today I'll stop the progesterone and save it for another month

Wow you are a warm bunny! Your temps at af are higher than mine post ov I'd say it may just be a fluke temp, I never judge 1 temp alone so if tomorrow is high I'd start suspecting something!

Thing is, I'll be way too stressed about tomorrow's temp and it will mess it up... : /
Also my temps are high in general because I temp vaginally : )

Danna, I'm really sorry to hear about your diagnosis - Don't lose hope though! I have PCOS (cystless type). I'm glad your Drs have given you something to help. I was surprised when women who were ovulating were given things like clomid and femara, but apparently it can help with maturation of the eggs & of course, then you can have some sort of say over when you O!

Your symptoms have me so confused Patience! The spotting seems so bizarre, I guess it's not even proper spotting either? Odd! I've got my FX for you for tomorrow!

Charlie, I'm sorry you need to take a break, I hope it does you some good & you're able to clear your head a little


AFM.. The scan went really well, the nurse was still using my LMP to date me, so had me down as 9/10wks- which meant abdominal U/S. When I saw the sonographer though, I explained that I think I am actually only 5wks along! She did a super quick abdo. scan & said she could see a sac, but it definitely wasn't 9wks!! So she decided to do a vaginal U/S. She quickly found a little gestational sac, with a yolk in there I've got to go back in 10 days for a second scan, just to check for a heartbeat. I am so excited!

I'm starting to panic a bit about money, my business isn't bringing in as much as I'd like it to & I need to save up to buy baby things at some point! Ack. DH has banned me from worrying, he says it will all be fine! I was going to go for an interview for a full time receptionist position this afternoon, but I don't know how they'd have been in a month's time when I suddenly announce I'm pregnant!

I've not been feeling too bad.. Had a bit of morning sickness yesterday & threw up in my mouth. Lucky me, I was going for a wee at the time so no other choice but to swallow it! Gross. Felt sick this morning at the same time again, but no actual sick! Haha. I still don't really feel pregnant.. My boobs are sore on & off, but they don't seem bigger, ms on & off, and slightly more tired than usual, but nothing extreme. xx

Danna if it makes you feel better, I don't think anyone enjoys the first trimester. I'm into the second am still not enjoying it lol. In all seriousness though, I wish you luck and hope all you ladies get some answers and BFP's soon.

Charmed that happened once for me but thankfully I was able to finish and run to DH's bathroom in the nick of time. That's when I started cleaning his bathroom more thoroughly.

So uh, my temp finally moved this morning, and I'm kinda seeing 2 lines atm.... Obviously one is super faint! Am just holding my breath for now since I don't know what to think/expect!

I've got my fingers crossed for you Patience! That faint line is fantastic, yay! That's a bit of weirdness going on with your symptoms so I hope something good is happening in there.

I'm sorry about the diagnosis Danna! I'm with MrsH, I doubt there's too many people who enjoy the first trimester. It's a whole lot of worrying! I feel like going from TTC to getting the BFP what you worry about just changes.

I'm so happy to hear you're excited Turtle! Sounds like a lot of things are happening at once and that's great. I hope the next month brings some good news for you!

Afm, temp is high. I'm wondering if it's not the femara that's doing this as I have hot flashes, a commin side effect :/ it's very annoying that I won't know for sure until Tuesday. I'm taking the day off the for sure... I'll be a mess with bad news xP

Unfortunately my job is one long stress train but I only had to do a half day so now I'll probably go home and nap had some af cramps and red spotting so going to test later and hope for the best but expect the worst

Danna your temps truly are odd, I can't think of anything as to why! You don't feel any pg symptoms do you?
