Patience - Of course...i'm a poas haha...

Lines are there but a steady line not as dark as control yet though so no surge as yet... If i were to resume a 28 day cycle like i used to be i'd be due to OV on sunday i think so wonder wether it'll happen as a normal cycle or wether i'll have a long month...OH Is coming home on Sunday night and monday night so hoping if I do OV it'll be a day or 2 later than its meant to be and might catch an egg lol

Ordered some cheapie opks as ones i bought this week were last minute decision so from the shops so always expensive compared to online. Plus being a poas addict i'd spend a fortune within the first cycle possibly if i have a long one.

Not long until you see the specialist now!

HEY! I have been feeling "off" the last few days...I did a compilation of symptoms in the "symptom by dpo" thread and just took at test this morning at 9dpo. I think it is positive!

Thanks! Hope it sticks! I have a good feeling though....my lining seemed really thick leading into ovulation because I kept spotting 5 days prior to it...but I don't know if that is a good indication or not.
DH also mentioned yesterday during intimate times that my boobs seemed bigger. To me only my right boob feels bigger, and is the only one that is sensitive...I've had to eat food really slow today because I feel nauseous and I keep having cramping/stretching down there.

I'll take another test tomorrow and see if it is darker... fx'd !

Hello all! New to the forum and this is my first month TTC baby #1. Had my Mirena removed May 1st, had 3 days of a light/med period may 3-5. Going off of CM and bbt I think I ovulated 5/16. Now 9dpo and my bbs are gigantic!!! (DH doesn't seem to mind much). I'm also dealing with a heaviness in my pelvis, waves of fatigue, and bbs tenderness. The down side is I was on one kind of BC or another for about 8 years and before I never had very regular periods. I'm sure I'm reading in to everything way too much and my body is just readjusting to their natural hormones, but it's driving me crazy! Periods used to be very heavy but I don't remember the huge increase in bbs, just the back pain and diarrhea really (tmi, sorry!!).

Hey thanks I haven't checked cm internally since bfp but it has just been really 'snot like' just chunky and white. I'm now 10dpo.

As for me, still doing opks, if I had gone bk on28 day cycle I should have ov on Saturday. Still no positive opks though. Shame as OH has been back for the weekend so would have been great timing. Fx for ov in the next few days lol

Thanks Jessica, leading into ovulation for the first time off the pill I felt really sick and EMOTIONAL! Haha I didn't realise until after to use them as O signs as well as the obvious cm changes. I wish I hadn't used so many opks my first cycle when really if you just watch for EWCM that is the biggest clue. The positive came the day after my first sighting of it. And it was for sure just like egg whites! I also had cm that was very smooth but white like a waterd down toothpaste the day before ew. I'd keep an eye on those kinds of symptoms to increase before using up tests...

I have a gross question/advice for you girls....my first cycle I was so fascinated by all the EWCM I kept pulling it out to look at it and after ovulation I pulled huge glob out and then had nothing left. This cycle once I saw the EWCM I didn't go back in there..scared I'd pull it all out again because I knew the would need it and were in it. What have you girls done? Do you get a lot of EWCM at ovulation?

Congrats wnt2bmom, wishn u a h&h 9mnths.
I got my normal period 2wks ago and I thought d worst is over. I should av been in my ovulation period these past days but unfortunately I saw no signs of Ov.
To cap it up, my breast started leaking milk ystdy, nothing much but I got milk whenever I squeeze.
I calld my doc and she said she's pretty sure its high prolactin level due to d bcp I stopped.
She's going to place me on Bromergon, really confused, dunno when I'll be able to Ov now

Lol @ pulling out glob. I practically wash d inside of my vagina (wt water) almost everytime I shower, does this mean I should hands-off during Ov?

Cancer-yes! Stop doing that, you need if for the spermies!!

I personally fluctuate with ewcm throughout the day, so I try to only check once a day so that it stays in there for DH

Welcome Marthea! when will you test, sounds very promising for you. All of the girls here can tell you from experience that for many of us, the first cycle off, we all thought we were pregnant due to the changes from hormones. Good luck to you!!

Yep definitely felt the most pregnant the first month off bcp, you feel preggers every 2ww basically because hormones are awful!

Cancer of yes definitely don't clean your insides out, it's all the stuff that keeps them swimmers alive

Wnt2be, I barely get any ewcm but I think now I'm going to take that advice and not check my cm, stick to OPK's and temping since I need every drop I can get

Want2b, I do that too! When We're not ttc yet, when I pee, and the ewcm "peek" or "hang in there," I pull it out. Now, I don't get to notice much ewcm though I feel fairly wet down there, so i don't worry too much.
I think if we still don't get pg this cycle, I'll try Robitussin to increas my ewcm. Although I really feel and hope that this is our lucky cycle 3!!!

AFM, 10dpo now and 3days left til af is due. If af is late, dh wants me to wait until I'm a week late before testing but I don't know if I'm strong enough to do that!

I feel very hopeful last cycle because I had every promising symptom in the tww but then af came. This cycle, I am feeling hopeful again because I DO NOT have the symptoms I had last cycle, hahahaha! I've gone bonkers, I know.

Any updates on crazy symptoms, my ladies?
