Summer Lovin'...bring us some babies!

Yes minuet - Inositol is supposed to help women with PCOS to restore normal ovulatory activities. And yes there was a study done with Inositol and Melatonin to help egg quality for women with IVF. See here: https://sites.google.com/site/miscarriageresearch/supplements-and-miscarriage/d-chiro-inositol

I don't have PCOS but I have been taking inositol for a good 10 months now to improve egg quality since I'm now 36. Not sure if it helps but I figured it couldn't hurt.

Oh that's good you already knew that, floridasian. I'm sure your supplementing has to help!

I have been taking pregnitude which is mostly Myo-inositol and some folic acid. But I don't take it regularly. Shame on me! But I did see a study that women not only had better eggs at ER but also more. Sounds like great stuff I should probably take it like I'm suppose too.

Don't get discouraged yet, Floridasian. You are only 10dpo!

Floridasian- you are like my fertility twin. I also tested today 9dpo and saw the bfn. I almost posted it but knew what people would say so I Waited. Do you stop your progesterone now?

I'll test again Sunday morning and will stop the progesterone if it's a BFN, making Saturday night the last dose. AF should arrive Tueaday morning.

Ok I'm a little confused right now. TMI alert- dh and I had a bd session last night. I woke up to red spotting with fmu. After that nothing really just a little pinkish/brown. Then I just went and a big glob of something, I'm guessing tissue, came out when I went to the bathroom. But that was it, just the blob. No more blood or anything. It's so weird! I have never had anything like this before. Not random spotting and a blob. Anyone have any suggestions as to whats happening?

Sorry Michelle about AF - but at least now you can move on to the next cycle and hopefully you'll o sooner this cycle. Are you going back to the doctors and see what they can do for you this cycle?

Floridasian Thanks! We are doing a medicated cycle this time. Since it was the weekend I hope they can get me in for my cd3 scan Tuesday. I plan on having a very long list of questions and concerns for him too. I also need to look into freedom pharmacy for my tigger shot. If it is only $80 for me to get it from them then I am switching pharmacies. Mine is $115. Anyone use them for their trigger? I think I remember Beagle saying she used them but can't remember??

BFN yesterday morning so I stopped the progesterone. Temp still high this morning although it looks like it might be trending down. I'm just waiting for AF to show up tomorrow so I can go back to the doctor's for a different plan next cycle.

Misaacs I'm glad AF showed up naturally so you didn't have to do provera.

Floridasian, sorry your temps are dropping :(

I'm glad you both have a plan to talk over with your doctors, I hope they have good answers!

So I called freedom pharmacy and I am kind of confused. So I called and asked prices on ovidrel prefilled syringe. She said it would be about $114 by itself with shipping. I said well what is "$30 handling fee incurred if ordered without qualifying fertility medications within last 12 months" mean on your website. She said that if I bundled it together with another med the shipping would be waved. So I said great I need letrozole too. So called RE for prescriptions. The nurse faxed them right over. Called pharmacy back but the new lady said that if my letrozole is covered by insurance then I have to pay for shipping for the ovidrel. So I wouldn't be saving any money at all. Same as if I went to drugmart and got it tomorrow. It is about $120 for ovidrel and letrozole for me. But if I went through Freedom it would only be $90 or so I thought. Not saving me a bunch but 30 bucks is 30 bucks. Here is the kicker... I have to have it by tomorrow. I have yet to hear what my insurance is going to do and its 2:15 in the afternoon. Man, I hate medicated cycles! Sorry about the long post but this is ridiculous. Why would they make me pay shipping just because insurance picks one up?

Sorry Michelle...I am not really sure about the meds. I have always gotten more than just ovidrel in my box when I was ordering meds. I also did not price compare...I went with the pharmacy the dr office recommended based on ease of use. And they are really easy to deal with. The first order can be a bit nerve racking. They do overnight shipping...so you may just want to call them back in a bit for an update. They are waiting on your insurance to be verified?

Yes, waiting for them to contact insurance. I called at 9am. Then 11am and again at 2:15 p.m. The lady said that if they had a problem with insurance then they would call me when I called at 2:15. So who knows... I am just afraid they are going to ship it to me and I wont need it because it will be the same price as drugmart. So I will have already went to Drugmart tomorrow to get them filled. Then when I get home they will be there waiting on me. But they will have already ran my card resulting in me paying for 2 cycles worth of prescriptions and then they wont refund my money. Am I making sense or am I talking like a crazed women  lol
