I haven't bought one yet but apparently air purifiers are good and these were on special £19.99 at pound stretcher still gonna get them as our next door neighbours smoke alot and coz we are joined it sometimes smells in our bedrooms! X

Well ladies, OH and I went to out first antenatal class on the 15th, was lovely, only 2 other couples turned up but they were friendly and the midwife was really lovely. I knew most of the stuff she was saying but it made me feel happy that I did and reassured me I'm more ready than I thought ! She gave us loads of leaflets and went thru the pros and cons of pain releif and how to recognise going into real labour and what stages there are etc. OH really surprised me when we got home, he said he was really glad he went and feels like he got a lot out of it and can't wait to get more involved so he can help me the best he can when the time comes ! There's a breathing a relaxation class you can drop in for at my hospital on a tuesday lunch time and he even insisted we had a go at that next week !

Anyone else a bit scared that it's only 9 weeks away now?

I'm terrified! It's sooner than that for me now though, they are planning on inducing or section about 38 weeks cos of my diabetes. I think I'm the only one on team April 21st who's got any of this?!

Aww I've been to two antenatal classes, I really really like them I had one of my 3 weeks course at my local childrens centre which was all on after the birth and understanding the baby - its fab xxx

Lol I did wonder why your tattoo was gone! Looks like your belly has grown! I'll have to stick mine up I dont think I have grown much as I'm eating slimming world and have only gained a pound in 6 wks which I'm happy about as I'm only little and I'm the size I was when I was full term with my son! It's all healthy for baby don't worry,don't think I have ever been this healthy lol but I still need alot of chocolates fixes he he he my OH is on it as well and he has lost a stone in 6 weeks (I didn't realise he had that to lose but hd looks loads better even sexier)
Has everyone got their nurseries sort yet?
I'm getting the carpet done today so should be finished tonight x

Hey ladies,
How are you all doing?
Anyone feeling fed up ?
I am and feel horrible for feeling fed up,bug I have backache pelvis ache,I'm trilby and snapping at everyone mainly my son so feel guilty,I'm bored of not being able to do anything coz of my bump,just wanna be able to clean up properly without feeling achy and out of breathe seems like it's taking me weeks to proper clean my house!

But I am excited as I have my baby shower on Saturday and I've washed all baby things and have started to put things in places

I think its finally starting to break me too. ive been heavy and achy for so long now, and like all of you sick of not being able to clean up properly or do other normal things. I dont sleep properly at night because my hips are so painful so thats another thing...

I am scared of birth, although not as scared as i was because i think ive over anaylised the whole thing now, and "over thought it", im in more of a mind that at 37wks! i'll be saying - hit me with it. bring it on!

I'm definitely regressing. The nausea is getting worse, more like first tri but thankfully not so bad, and I've gone off most food. Only want cold wet lemony things and nothing else.

I havent been eating much either and the heart burn has started up again!
And I too am not sleeping well it's either heart burn or my pelvis and back or just coz j feel like I've been laid for too long which is stupid since it's bedtime

Glad it's not just me! I can't sleep either because of heartburn, back ache or LO kicking my insides, not to mention I've had the worst cold I've ever had for the last week (Don't usually suffer with them) so can't breathe through my nose, feel tired and drained all the time. I could easily hibernate until April tbh.

My bump seems to have dropped and doubled in size in the last week (I had pains last week which were apparently baby engaging) so I'm keeping my fingers crossed that come 37/38 weeks she's ready for evacuation! God help me if I go overdue is all I can say!

I'm such an impatient person I need to prepare myself for the worst otherwise I'll go crazy on 22nd April! I've even resigned myself to the fact that she may be born in May!!

It's getting worse each morning. It was the same last pregnancy towards the end too.

Thats just not right at all.I was told that in the early weeks the sickness goes when the placenta takes over. but obviously not in your case!

Nope. My body just really doesn't like pregnancy hormones. This is why I don't take the pill!

my body loved the pill, kept my skin nice and clear too. i was terrified that when i came off the pill that id be covered in spots again, but my skin has never looked better, and my hair too!
