I will be starting cycle one hopefully next week, just waiting for af, not quite sure if cycle will settle next week but if it does would that make me testing mid may? Really need lessons on this cycle counting!!

you go by the 1st day of your last period, thats day 1. there is lots of ovulation calculators online if you search for them. it helps if you know the number of days in your cycle though. hope that helps a bit. fertility friend will let you track your cycle with a calendar online too.

Thank you! Waiting for af so will count that as 1and see if cycle settling into any pattern. Not been off bcp long so cycle not the same really each month.
