Things I cannot say out loud....

yes. You have a child. I have a child. There ends the similarity. Don't swan around saying you don't know why shifts are such an issue for me when you were able to come back full time and do whatever was asked of you. Whoopde-fucking-do. Your mother and father paid your mortgage for the last 6 months of your mat leave AND your mother retired when you returned to work so she could look after your baby. My mother in law has cancer and my mother lives over 40 miles away. YOU try paying for full time childcare leaving you with very little disposable income and then come back to me about 'work/life balance'

This thread is ace, my FIL is on his way to visit so no doubt I'll have some to add when he's gone :haha:

To nosy old ladies - yes, I am bottle feeding as it was a decision me and my husband made and no I don't give a stuff how it was "back in the day"

To my friend - Our children are not best friends, mine is just very tolerant of your son who trashes my house and his toys!
Also, your child is not the most wonderous person in my life, if you want me to be interested in him then show some interest in my children.

To my sister - stop barking threats at my son that you have no way of carrying out. He's being a 3 year old and it's my job to discipline him not yours... and especially when he's not doing anything wrong!

To the woman at work - I know you have had 3 children and that you have to top trump everything I do but it's getting boring now. And a cyst you have is NOT the same as being pregnant! Stop comparing our situations as though they are the same.

Oooh I had more rage in me than I thought.

I'm very lucky though as my mum is amazing and hasn't ever said/done anything against my parenting and regularly compliments me on how well behaved my son is and how well we've done with him :) Also my MIL is ok too, some of the MILs sound awful from these posts!!

To the strange woman I just met in the street:
Yes, my baby is blue, no she is not cold and no I don't need to phone an ambulance!!!!!

To the mums up the school:
Would you PLEASE stop telling me that my baby is not a 'normal' baby and that there must be "lots she won't be able to do" and how hard it must be.... YOU WOULDN'T KNOW "NORMAL" IF IT SLAPPED YOU IN THE FACE! and anyway, who the hell are you to tell me what my child will or won't be able to do.

To my EX-best friend:
GET A LIFE. There are more important things in life than getting drunk every weekend and "looking for men"?!?!?! Seriously, when you get your own place and your mum doesn't wipe your ar*e every 5 minutes you might understand why I can't be bothered with your ridiculous everyday drama's.

Oooo.... feeling a little better now!

Livid would not even begin to describe how I would feel if someone said this about Alex.

to all the people who see Ellie in her cast - oh she will be up and running about before you know it, eh no she wont cause she has a bone eating disease in her hips so shut up!!!!

to everyone who stares and asked what happened to Ellies legs - eh nothing she has a problem and therefore needs to be in plaster and its nothing to do with you so shut the f**k up

to all the people who used to say feeding my baby pureed food was force feeding her - eh no she has CP in her arms therefore sometimes cant get her hands to her mouth and needs help to eat

to all the people who said oh arent you breastfeeding - no I expressed for 12 weeks and my milk ran out so what am i supposed to do let my baby suck on my boobs even thought nothing is coming out

to MIL - everytime she cries, oh its wind no its not!!!

aw the lis goes on and on and on xx

To the middle aged man who took the last parent and child parking space this morning and didn't have a child-

Excuse me but those spaces are for people with small children not lazy middle aged morons who can't be arsed to walk another ten feet to the store entrance. Now move your car.

Oh wait, I did say that out loud.........oops

To the f*ckwit who tailgated me for miles:

'Cant you read the bright yellow sign stuck to the back window? BABY ON BOARD!! Why dont you just crawl up my arse!? Either f*cking overtake me or back off! F*ckwit!'

Sorry. Tired Mummy alert!

xx :flower:

To my mum-

Please don't act all offended that I won't be in tomorrow when you didn't ring to ask until 9.20pm tonight. Yes it's true I'm not in very often on a friday (only day my mum has off) but if I don't know you want to come up then I will make plans. No Ryan won't have grown out of the sleepsuits you got him before you bring them up- stop being so dramatic. And don't act all surprised when I say I'm out somewhere most days of the week, just cos I have a baby doesn't mean I need to become a recluse.
If you actually acted like you gave a s**t about me and aren't just coming up to see Ryan then I might be more inclined to keep fridays free. As it is I didn't see you or speak to you for over a year before I told you I was expecting and now I can't bloody get rid of you :dohh:

Oh that felt good :haha:

to my mum:

No he wont have a lollly pop when we come to yours in septembre he will still be like 4 months old.

No he wont want rusks when he is 3 months old, infact he will never have rusks (but i gave them to you, yer and im a fat b*****d lol)

OMG my new phrase is going to be "f*ckwit" from now on :haha:

To OH:

YOU were the one that told me to go back to work because I was being lazy (3 weeks after having a baby...OoOoO my bad).
Now that you have to watch LO all day, you complain, EVERY F**KIN CHANCE YOU GET!
Don't make me feel guilty because I got a job sooner than you expected. Not my problem buddy. So stop giving me the guilt trip. You go work and I'll stay at home, with a smile on my face.
Jerk.

To mil (again),
Let go of my baby! I Want to go home, so does she, she wants fed and changed, no amount of swishing her about in her car seat will fix that. It took us 50mins to leave last night. She will not smile at you just because you keep shoving your face in hers! she 5weeks old, she doesn't smile to order just yet! And when I say I'm ready to feed her and you have her, give her to me, stop saying "mummys going to feed you, yes, she is!" as you hold her wriggling screaming form and just goddamn give her to me!
Don't cry when we leave you freak, fair enough if we lived miles away, we live 2 miles away, and we see you at least twice a week! You are a nutcase. And stop kissing my daughter!

Oh dear, the rage is still strong... :( xx

To my DH

I'm sorry but I faked "it" last night, because what little time I get in bed I would prefer to be  rather than :sex:

Perhaps if you helped me out a little more, I may help you out a little more in return :haha:
