I ate the biggest slab of left over birthday cake whilst watching Mickey's Twice Upon a Christmas with the kids.
Wrong on two levels...
1) I'm meant to be doing a fast day today (as in the 5:2 diet plan)
2) I'd agreed with hubby not to show Xmas movies to the kids too early as we don't wanna get DD over excited too early!
Not Christmas related but I may have opened the bag of candy that we have reserved for trick or treaters for Halloween and had a good portion of the candy. The bag that I've told everyone not to touch because it's reserved for Halloween night...
Today I have sat on the couch all day watching harry potter and sons of anarchy and eaten my body weight in all kinds of different foods, you name it I have ate it. I feel sick now and like I am about a stone heavier
