LMAO! Oh no, can you imagine! I remember moving house once, and I thought I'd emptied all the drawers, and my Mum (who was helping me move) pulled open a drawer....and there sat there, all on it's own, staring up at her.....was a tube of KY jelly lube. I could have died right there on the spot.

Hope your Mum doesn't open it....but then we all know just how nosey Mothers are.....

haha, luckily my mum doesn't pry *too* much.

So I got back and took a look at my truck-crushed lube. Apparently the description is "moisturizer"! My mum doesn't have a clue how embarrassed I could have been -- she just doesn't know why I'm being so mysterious about my moisturizer.

The pre-seed itself appears to be intact. Everything is in packages and doesn't seem like there's any punctures or tears. What sucks though is I didn't get the two free pregnancy tests that came with it.
BUT, at least we get to play with it on the one last night that there's likely to be a chance of fertility.

OMG, I ordered from them too on September 27 and I am still waiting for mine! They should have put in bold letters that delivery to Canada takes forever And I am also supposed to get 2 free tests, do you know why they didn't include them?

Oh embarrassing lube stories. One time when we were staying at my in laws, I was helping my mil unpack the grocery shopping and pulled out some ky jelly. She was all "Oh, that's mine ". It was funny. Though ANOTHER time, also with the in laws, we were playing a game where you had to guess a name brand item based on a description. The description was "most well-known universal lubricant" and I actually shouted "KY!". The answer was WD40!

she has an item in her room thats... well, very private and only for her and the hubs , anyhow, her mom had an extra key to the house and stopped by to drop in. not bad at all! I was using 3g but lessened it to 2g and OH liked it much better.

Too funny on the embarrassing stories!!! I know when I was a teenager I had my own special something that ran through batteries like nobody's business. Well, I wasn't exactly dilligent in discarding them and my mum came in asking why I had so many used batteries just laying around on my nightstand (must have been at least 20-30) . I'm sure she had a clue as to what it may be.

Well, we tried the pre-seed last night! Used 2g with a drop around entry for good measure. It was fine enough I suppose -- DH approves. Only problem is that I'm pretty sure I had already ovulated at that point... it felt like my cervix was very low and took several positions before it was comfortable. Does anyone know whether this is an indication that O has already happened?

Oh, and maria, the reason why the hpts were not included is that the whole envelope looks like it had been ripped open. So they either fell out, or someone in the USPS was nosey and thought they'd come in handy. (Canada Post note said it reached them in that condition). I've e-mailed early-pregnancy-tests.com to see if there's any way they might be able to do something as I really don't want to go to Canada Post with a grievance for them to resolve. 1) I would have to give them back the whole package and contents, 2) I lost something that was included free, 3) it's lube and pregnancy tests we're talking about here

Well, one thing to be said of early-pregnancy-tests.com is that they don't seem to give much hassle. I e-mailed them last night to say that the package I received was open and the free hpt tests were missing, so they e-mailed me just now to say that they'll ship me out some new ones right away.
(considering how long it took for this package to make it to Canada, I suppose I'll be getting the tests in time for next cycle. )

Not too bad though. Didn't even question it or blame it on the post.
I might have given them incentive by saying that I was hoping to receive the tests as I was considering buying them in bulk from their site. Might have been a bit of a white lie.

There's lots of places around BnB that you can fit yourself into. The TTC forums are great, along with the TTC Groups if you like chatting with a bunch of girls consistently that may be going through the same as you or around the same cycle time.

I bought some preseed today. Why does it have applicators? Can you not just use it like ordinary lubricant?

You "can" use it like a normal lubricant, but the directions say it "more closely mimics natural secretions" when applied internally. Applicator will get it up there near the cervix to give the swimmies something to run with in there...we used a little bit externally too just for comfort. If you have good EWCM, I'd not worry about usng it internally and just use as needed like you would a normal lube.
