How's everyone doing?

I put a lb on when I weighed yesterday....I'm actually ok with it as the week before I'd hardly eaten anything due to being ill and lost 4.5lb, I have been a lil bit naughty this past week so I guess I'm thinking I was lucky!
On the ttc front I had my progesterone test done last monday when from my chart I guessed myself to be 7dpo....got the results on friday....0.3....so definately no O yet! Feeling pretty frustrated with it all at the moment cos I've had so much spotting going on this cycle and my cycles are never longer than 31days and here we are cd45 and still no O!......Your right Kat....it feels like forever!

Wonder if i could join you??

I'm Lisa, i'm 24 (OH is 25 soon to be 26) and TTC baby number 2. I have a LOT of weight i'd like to loose, I am about 5'7 and a size 24/26. I had my implanon removed last week so not only hoping for that BFP soon, but the doctor said having the implanon out might help me to get some weight off....FX.

Last week i lost 7lbs (don't normally loose as much) so i'm hoping for a good week again this week.

Hi WelshRose,

Thank you, i was very pleased with my weightloss last week. monday is always my day i weigh in so 2morrow will tell if i can keep it up or not. lol.

Isn't it amazing how fast they grow up. Sean seems to have just turned from my baby into a real little boy in the last few months! i know that sounds silly, but a few months ago he was still asking me to help him with stuff, now he wants to be independant. Lol. He's autistic as well so thats probably why it took till now for him to want to be his own person, but school has really helped him to find himself! lol.

I hope we get to know each other well, this is my first cycle TTC but i have been reading the posts in the TTC section and it seems like a real emotional road we are on.

I've got everything crossed for tomorrows result hun I weigh on saturday. Almost tried to sneak past the scales this week but made myself get on them with the thought that if I don't that'll be the end of it and I really don't want it to be

They certainly do grow up fast hun....I'm not sure where the last 5yrs have gone
Glad Sean is enjoying school...Callum loves it to...it's lovely when you know that they're happy there and doing well.

It is a rollercoaster hun but one that we can soon get off of with super sticky ....I hope. We've been trying for 16mths now and have sadly had two mcs in that time...hoping 3rd time will be lucky.

Aww I am very sorry to hear that , i will keep my fingers...and toes crossed for you hun, hopefully you'll get that very soon. Maybe Santa will be extra nice to you?

Must say, my biggest fears with TTC is that my body takes forever to return to normal after implanon removal, and of course i hope my weight doesn't cause problems. I was bigger (size18/20) when i had Sean, had a normal pregnancy and delivery, but have gained about 5 stone since then , was only last week that the doctor advised me that it could be linked to my implanon .... given the fact they knew i was struggling with my weight they could've told me sooner! I know i might be clutching at straws but i'm hoping thats what caused it and that it will come off nice and easy now ...FX anyways. lol.

I can't believe that the docs didn't tell you

I've not been on any BCP or hormonal contraceptives before so I can't advise about things returning to normal hun...but hope it doesn't take too long

welcome and congrats on your weight loss hunny thats amazing i've just ate a ham roll for breakfast strange but couldn't be assed to do bacon and cereal won't do on a sunday lol i've been up all night with cramps my sis had a bug and think i my of caught it feel ok now though very strange is everyone ready for christmas at slimming world this week we was given a paper plate to write down what i would eat at christmas party and the syn value and fatty me blow 40 plus syns and that was only one item it wouldbe wrong to only eat 1 mini sausage roll so i'd of easy blow 100 points fattty me lol

oooh I am so much more into this than mine is. I'm giving him a break today though because I made him dance twice for his birthday yesterday I took another OPK this morning and the line is much darker than what it has been but still not as dark as the control line. So a break today and then another tomorrow me thinks although my temp did drop this morning from the last 4 days so perhaps its happening later tonight. argh! should I not miss this? even though we have done the deed every couple of days for the last week?

So a new batch of OPK's turned up because I already used the last 5 I just took another test, and it turned up negative. like no line at all other than the control. Im utterly confused.

Well an update, I still havent ovulated but I've been crook this morning, no sleep at all last night, dizzy and o pain. Im starting to worry that i wont ovulate at all!

Hi everyone,

Sorry I've been quiet, diet went out of the window so I didn't want to lead anyone astray...LOL!

I'm ok, waiting for AF to arrive in a couple of days and then I can start thinking about TTC again. I'm due to OV on Christmas day - at least we will be relaxed. Anyone else due to OV around the same time??

Billylid - have you used the clearblue digital OPK? I'm not using OPK at the moment as I'm trying not to get too technical or stressed about it. But, from what I've read they give you a definite yes or no rather than this matching the colour business? Feel free to tell me to shut up if I've got it wrong as I'm only going on what I have read rather than experience
