TTC & trying to loose weight club anyone?

Down another 0.6! Not as fun as whole numbers but I guess a loss is a loss! :shrug:

10 lbs total sits pretty good with me though. If I keep the same pattern for the next four months I'll have done the first goal. Really wish the definition of diet was eat all the yummy food you want. But alas it isn't! :dohh:

Hope everyone hasn't left MrsKitty and I alone in the weight loss battle! :bodyb:

Hey ladies sorry I haven't been updating!! I'm actually +2lbs :( So I've really got to get back on track this week!!
 
As expected have put last weeks 1lb back on plus another, so now I'm +1 overall.
Oh dear!!
 
My weight loss this week is 2 lbs. Very pleased, as I'm on holiday and have had all sorts of naughty food!

Well done for those who have lost! Those who have gained don't give in just start again. I gained week two but I am back on track, its all about trying again and again till we get it.....yeah its hard.
 
Hi can I join please, hope it isn't too late to join.

I am currently TTC #2 we already have a daughter who is 8 years old in 2 weeks time. We have been TTC since march 7th this year.

I am between the weight of 16 stone 7 lbs and 16 stone 11 lbs, my scales aren't as good as my mothers don't seem sturdy enough so the latter weight is off my scales.
The most I have weighed is 18 stone that was back in November when I weighed that much so I had a previous weigh loss of 21 lbs.
I started my dieting yesterday so could you please put me down for weigh ins on a Wednesday? thanks.

For a normal BMI for me I need to get down to 11 stone 5 lbs and that would be the highest end of normal, I know I am not going to get down to that before I get pregnant but any weight off is a plus before I get pregnant.

My first goal is to complete "30 day shred", I did day 2 today and it is hard, my abs are really feeling it today.
 
I'd like to join. I need to lose 30 pounds to be at a 25 BMI. I just started dieting today although I've been on and off diets for 14 years. This is the most I've ever weighed at 175 pounds. I'd like to lose a total of 45-50 pounds. I am eating low carb which has always worked for me in the past. Two years ago I lost 35 pounds on the HCG diet and went down to 120 pounds, but I gained it all back plus 20 pounds. My BMI is right at 30 now. I am TTC and if I get pregnant I will continue to eat low carb but will add in a few healthy carbs like fruit.

Thank you for the add :D Just to let you know it is 72-76 lbs for me to be normal weight but my aim at the moment isn't that much mine is to see what I can lose doing 30 day shred and if I could get into just "the overweight category" instead of "the obese category" which would mean my aim is to get down to 13 stone 9 so between 40 and 44 lbs is main goal for now.
I also did have a previous weight loss of 21lbs

Can someone update mine for me please?

I have my weight loss goal to weigh 180lbs (might change it when i get there no idea lol) but thats what im sticking with for now.

Ive lost 12lbs so far, so i weigh 18st 6lbs now :) cant moan since i used to weigh 21st plus! :)

I have amended your goal and loss. Well done! :happydance: It spurs me on when I read others success stories :) I weigh in tomorrow, any loss would be good!
 
Hi, how is it going?

I have lost 2.8 lbs this week which I am very pleased with, especially as I have been told to lose weight by the specialist! I knew (obviously why I am doing this) but it has put me on a downer - but I am determined! I actually did not think it could be that significant on my fertility at 38 lbs over but he even said if I do not lose it he would give me something to help! So I am carrying on old style WW with low carb low sugar which he said I should. I do not think I eat a lot of white carbs or sugar but hey I am on the case now.
 
oh god i had 2 weeks off plan, soooo bad. Gained 7.5lb :'(

Right my new target is lose 10lb plz. Than il be back at my original lowest loss from before. Just been hard been back on track with my knee surgery in March then this get away to London!

But i aim to be at my lowest again for our holiday in Sept. 8 more weigh ins until then
 
Didn't want to update my loss/gain because I have had a very emotional, up and down week and didn't want to face the fact that I made bad choices. I'm not giving up on this goal of weight loss and a healthy lifestyle but this week was just not the week for it. :nope:

So don't count me out yet! :thumbup:
