I would already see gp and get referred. I am 4 weeks today and already have my early scan booked for 5.1. but I saw a consultant so it was easier. The stress is awful, I don't know myself how I am gonna get through Christmas. Fingers crossed all goes well for you. x

I've booked an appointment with my GP for tomorrow evening. Fingers crossed the positive result comes up on the test they use as I'm not sure how sensitive they are? The cassette and pipette type ones.

Are you in the U.K.? I'm not sure my EPU will scan me that early as they won't see a heartbeat that early.

I feel exactly the same as you, I can't relax and enjoy Christmas. Same to you my lovely, hold on in there. Xxx

I am in UK, you are too right? In my experince they don't like doing a scan before 6 weeks. I now get blood tests done but I am under a consultant finally again like with my dd. It's going to be a tough time to wait for the scan, I really wish you a good outcome!!!! x

Yes I'm in the UK too. I didn't have any bloods taken last time, will my GP take them for me tomorrow if I ask? I have tough pregnancies so I am usually anxious in later pregnancy, my last 2 were emergency c-sections, now it's early worry too. 9 months of worrying 😔. Same to you xxx 🤞🏻❤️

I still had my digi left, I have been drinking loads since this afternoon and weeing every 30mins-1 hour all day. Just took the digi just after 9pm and got this!!? X

Amazing I didn't get a 2-3 on a digi with my second until I was a week overdue af! My daughter I had a 3+ immediately, I swear girls make more hCG

Thank you! I'm a nervous wreck this morning. In my last pregnancy DP & I DTD and I Big Od, started spotting and then m/c the next day. We did the same last night but apart from cramps I've had no spotting but I'm paranoid I've dislodged the baby from my uterine wall. Can't stop thinking about that now 😞 Xx

I understand your worries but it was probably coincidence you DTD immediately before a mc. When I was pregnant with my second each time we had sex I would have spotting but he was fine. It can irritate your cervix causing some spotting or bleeding but you can't harm the baby by having sex, just don't do anything too rough

Thank you with my youngest, I DTD around 5 weeks as well and bled a little bit, brown, pink and red. All was fine and no more bleeding after that. But I didn't have any bleeding in my first 3 pregnancies. They're all different aren't they. X

That's how my second was. The spotting would vary from light spotting to light bleeds. I had a scan at 5+6 and he was fine. I have had varying spotting/light bleeds with all three of my children but my mc at 8 weeks was so different from this. If you're concerned, just avoid sex for the time being until you're a little further along

Thank you. I saw my GP this evening, the test she used came up positive too. She said it's too early to do anything yet. But to ring her on 2nd Jan when they open again after Xmas. And if all is still well she will phone EPU and get me booked in ASAP for an early scan. By which time I'll be 6+ weeks depending which date I get. X

Thank you both! 😀 Will they see a Hb at 6 weeks or am I better waiting until 7 weeks? Don't want to go a few days too early and them not see a hb and cause myself even more anxiety. Xx

I had my scan at exactly 6 weeks and saw a heartbeat. The lady doing the scan said it would have started beating in the last 24 hours. Good luck
