I'm going to try this new routine for a week or two and see if I notice any changes, I know I probably won't lose weight but im hoping for inches. Either way would be great since I'm stuck in a rut. Also, since its winter I don't think I'm getting enough water in and one day i counted my calories (which I stopped doing in Sept) and i dont think I'm eating enough. This whole losing weigh this is complicated!!

keep us posted on the inch loss. When i was training for triathlon i dropped 4 dress sizes in 3 months and only 20lbs!! calorie counting tends to be very hit and miss. I'm going to still weigh but focus on inch loss so i have a back up for when the scales won't say what i want them too! You go girl x

Sounds like everyone is doing really good. Just reading everything you all are doing gives me energy. I haven't ridden my exercise bike in a few days. I worked the last couple of days. I am a nurse and work 12 hour shifts on my feet most of the day. The last couple of days though I had to work late so it was more like 14 hour days and I was exhausted when I got home. Now I have a nasty stomach virus. On the bright side though this stomach virus may make me lose a couple of pounds Hope to get back to it as soon as I feel better.

Hi ladies dh and i are hoping for a referal to a fertility specialist (hoping we get a Bfp on our own) but i need to get my BMI down to 30 at the moment it's 38.43. So i'm looking at 3.5 to 4 stones. I'm not a lover of diets! so my plan is to exercise and follow a veggie based diet and i'm looking for support? anyone else trying to lose weight? Whats your goal? and how you doing it?
Oh im soo with you! as you can see by my ticker i have sooo much weight to lose. Wouldnt think its that much to look at me though (no stretch of the imagination i am thin but i dont look as heavy as i am ive always carried it well thank god) I think im going to do slimming world again and do gym that i havent commted to properly before. Ive been on slimming world twcie and lost 1/2 stone in 2 weeks each time but then i get bored and stop. gotta keep going. Ive quit smoking so dieting should be easier shouldnt it . Wish you all the best. Are you thinking about maybe following a set diet / club or just do your own thing?
Hi hun. I'm doing my own thing! Slimming clubs never worked for me : (. I'm I want the weight to comeoff and stay off so i'm making perminant lifestyle changes. I'm following a veggie based diet with limiting processed foods so no bread, sweets choc etc or takeouts. I do yoga and will return to the gym for strenght and core work, swimming and running once this virus has cleared. I used to be a personal trainer i know all the tricks but don't have the motivation and full of injuries as well. As a trainer I was tough and mean but not with myself! I used to do triathlon as well so might go back! I need to loose 6 tones in total or get down to 12st for fs refferal.
Please be my trainer!! lol. Im just fed up with dieting and putting it all back on and then some thinmk i really need a lifestyle change too. I eat too much and don do enough. I dont even know the portions i should be eqating and excerise to do and how long for Im so useless at this. This is wy i have weight issues!! lol. Any ideas for a plan for me or what i need to do?
