What Christmassy thing have you done today?

Yesterday we saw part of a Christmas film on tv.
I've got some things due to be delivered today and need to reorganize the lists in my book so I can quickly see what sticking fillers, main presents and Christmas eve things they each have

Sorted out all presents into separate bags. Bought 6 of the big storage/laundry bags from homebargains so I can tell OH to bring the wash bags down on xmas eve so all presents are now in the walk in wardrobe in those, looking like dirty washing. No questions need to be asked by DD's!

That's actually a good idea! I have a million washing baskets around the house as I'm OCD with piles of washing, maybe I'll downsize and use the others as storage for presents and pile some unused sheets on top to look like dirty washing, the kids would never go near washing baskets, that's too much effort for them to do my washing for me

Watched Jingle All The Way at 4am this morning while feeding DS then I couldn’t get back asleep due to thinking about my Xmas lists !

Surprised the kids with a tree in their room and they have decorated it.

I’m not getting my tree out yet probably will cave in the next couple of weeks haha! I feel like for how much effort it takes I want to get a decent chunk of time of it up. I need to take the kallax unit into the kids room though to make space for it.

I have started to put a few little Christmas bits and bobs out though as the place looked bare after Halloween.

It’s just a little 3 foot one but it’s blue so they loved it. I’ve never decorated their room before so they are excited. Think I’ll get them some window stickers too.
I’m moving towards the living room tree being more silver, grey and white themed so I let them decorate it with all of the character and novelty baubles and ones we have made over the years and the angel as I’m replacing that with a star.

Chose a Christmas present

Currently taking a break from Christmas shopping, sat in Costa with one of their Christmas panini's, Christmas cakes and black forest hot chocolate earlier there was Christmas music in one of the shops. The only thing that could make this more Christmassy was if I were wearing a Christmas jumper. (Don't tell anyone, but I'm wearing Christmas socks)
