I know what you mean about the when & even! Think thats why I obsess so much as well, glad you ordered your opks. Ive put my cbfm on ebay now and have bought some proper opks and a cheapy saliva test, am trying to cover all angles!

well im a bit dissapointed, my new opks arrived on new years eve so me being me did one straight away, it was a BLARING positive, so i got really excited and thought i may be oving earlier than usual, but iv since had really strong positives every day since, along with no temp rise and no other signs of ov

iv ordered my usual ones now, i hate getting my hope up for nothing, how are you all doing, any good signs?

How many days you had strong +ives for? Thats what used to happen to me. Its so bloody annoying! For 1st time last mth I had +ive opk on CD15 and 16 then back to -ive and I also felt O in my right ovary but I was soooooo tired from op, new job etc that w only dtd on 1st day of +iv opk. Im now 15dpo and -ive hpts! Im still holdin out a little hope as last time i was preg, it was 17dpo that hpt was +ive (and was faint at that!) Even if this mth doesnt work out Im just feeling so positive and have no doubt this year it'll happen. Ive never felt this +ive bfore about it all!

Are u still getting CD21 bloods done hunni? xx

i dont ask for my bloods to be done anymore mainly because my dr doesnt think im oving, the reason i havnt said anything since is because im holding on to that tiny bit of hope that if i ever try to get clomid from her again in the future there is more chance of her prescribing it if she thinks im not oving on my own (horrible, hard faced dr)

i think im on 5 days of positives now, i will post a pic tomorrow if they are the same and i get chance, i hope my usual ones come in the morning, atleast i know where i stand then, keep us updated on your hpts

Good luck for this cycle. Know what u mean about hard faced docs - they think they seriously know more about whats going on with us when in fact we've prob spent more time researching it and more clued up than them. I have spare clomid if ever yr stuck that I can send u.
Thanks for yr thoughts, will know for sure in 2 days so will keep u posted. Did u ever have follow up after yr drilling? Mines not until May! Altho if I do have af this mth, we're paying private to see same fs as I like to feel like Im in control of whats going on instead of just being left to see what happens xx

Glad you are still in there this month it all sounds really positive! have you tested again or are you waiting for tomorrow? everything crossed for you!

Sorry bumski I cant be any help with the positive opks as I have the opposite problem and literally never get anything that even resembles a positive..best I get is a faint line! Ive bought some of the clearblue 'smiley' ov predictors this month so will start using them from tomorrow as I'll be CD10. What brand of opk do you usually use? Ive never got on well with the cheapy strips.

Ive still got a cold which is effecting my temps which is annoying, Im not bothering in taking them until its gone as they are crazily high!

My follow up with FS isnt until may/june either, I def dont want to wait that long if the clomid isnt working for me & at least extending my LP. I feel more scared about it all now...like its last chance saloon before the major invasive & expensive stuff xx

i had a follow up kstan after it was meant to be 3 months after but i got mine in 4 weeks secretary sent wrong date out lol they went through how i was getting on looked at my scar to see if it was healing good then give me clomid and sent me away for 6 months and said hopefully we wont see u back here! i'm back in march so i think hes deffo gonna be seeing me back there lol im starting 4th round of clomid soon i ovulate every month using clomid. god knows whats gonna happen when i go back in march =/ the dreaded talk of IVF =/

i had my follow up 3 months later like babydust but they couldnt get me out of the room quick enough, i was all geared up to leave with a prescription but they basically told me because i have DD we are no longer entitled to anything, they didnt even look at my scars i nearly swung at her for messing me about because they had promised the clomid as it should be more effective after OD, lol

im just using ic opks but my usual ones are very good, iv looked on the pack on these ones and they are 10mui!! i didnt know they made opks that sensitive thats why they are probably all positive, still waiting on my other ones but not expecting the real deal for a couple of weeks yet

any sign of af yet kstan? i really hope this is it for you, do you usually have a long lp? cant wait for your update

Hi girls - AF arrived today which Im ok with as Im gonna start 100mg of clomid and pay privately for follie tracking so everything still +ive here!
Carly, cant believe how theyve treated u - why did they give u op if theyre not prepared to give u clomid! I swear I could throttle some of these people that try to play God with your future!!

Helen - so yr O on clomid? Thats great news but frustrating for you all the same. Lets hope next round u get yr BFP! xxx

yeah i ovulate i got my last numbers back at 70 from my bloods i got told anything over 30 is fantastic, but its frustrating knowing im ovulating but not falling! blaa!

Carley, af is due for me tomorrow then last round of clomid before the dreaded road of IVF!! i dont know if this is even a option for me as its soo expensive i got told if i can egg share i can get it cheaper! so i dont know lol..

i still dont understand why they didnt give u clomid Carley because they told me they wouldnt give it me without me having the operation first as its more succesful and they also told me the main procedure is actually for people who are going to start clomid thats usually why they do it or they dont normally bother, im not suprised you wanted to swing at her i would have ive had a fair share of specialists mess me about till i give one what for and told her if she didnt want to be walking away from work with 2 black eyes then she'd better listen to what i have to say! ( not fun when security take you away from the building lmao ) i got a nice specialist now at a different hospital even though its 123 miles back at home in Darlington luckily i only see them every 6 months so can make the appointments!

also very nice they always make time for me and make my appointments like 1 hour long so i can discuss any major things im worried about and do assesments of whats gonna be next and what so ever!

in the last 4 years nearly 5 ive never had a sniff of a so i dont know whats left for me now i guess ill see what the specialists say next!

sorry AF got you kstan, that sucks big time! But hey good that you have the clomid, I cant believe how hit and miss its is on the NHS as to what treatment we all get! Are you taking it CD2-6?

Babydust your specialist sounds brill I want a transfer!! Did you just rely on opks to determine when you should go for your blood tests at 7dpo? 70 is a fantastic number Hope it works for you this cycle

Hey bumski I have the one step ovulation strip 20mui ones so maybe not so sensitive, will see how I get on with the clearblue ones...fingers crossed for that smiley its such a shame you cant see another doctor...dont think they realise how much they are playing god with our lives.

hey hun, i have my blood test every month on CD21 & then they know round abouut then if ive ovulated! i hope this last final round works too

i got a positive on a opk back in october it was my 1st positive and 1st time i ever ovulated in 4 years that was after Ovarian Drilling, then with the help of Clomid i seem to be ovulating every month! f'xd i manage to without Clomid too & hopefully this last lot do the trick for me!

really sorry af got you kstan, its rubbish when you wait so long and are so hopefull, its a fantastic sign that you have worked though, fx for your next cycle xx what day did you ov on? hopefully it wont be too long until your next 2ww

helen that is a fantastic number its higher than your first isnt it? i would take that as a good sign, how are you feeling this cycle, do you feel any different? i really hope your BFP is here any day, it would be nice for us to start getting some positives on this thread.
i know what you mean about ivf, its a scary thought, thats what drs sent me away with, think i should perhaps go back and try again
i think i would look down the egg sharing route but got told by the clinic i need 3 years of normal smears and had loop diathermy in october so thats not an option for us for a while, i will def get a second opinion though if we decide to try it.
you never know, you may ov on your own after the clomid, that would be nice, it would take the pressure of you if you knew

i will post a pic of todays opk for you to see, this was fmu too so def not for me, im still waiting for my others to arrive, i hope you get your positive soon firefox,

Previously on clomid I think Ive ov'd anywhen from CD14-17 so got another 4 days yet at least I reckon.

When I asked my FS what would be next if the clomid doesnt work this time and I was told IVF too...its soo scary. I suppose they dont offer IUI because of the success rates?

I am seriously considering asking to be reffered privately for IUI if the clomid isnt doing what its supposed to...I figure that it could be the most cost effective route rather than paying for cycle monitoring on clomid if its not working. I think that I need progesterone suppositries after ov to extend my LP.....will have to wait and see what happens this cycle with a bit of luck the clomid will magically fix it

Hey babydust you sound like me...no ov action on own until after the drilling soo hope that this is the cycle for you...like we've all been saying there def needs to be a success story on here soon!!!!!

its a scary thought, IVF, when i last seen the dr she said OD will only work for 12 months, that means we have 6 months left and if i ov every 2 months thats just 3 more chances, but i suppose thats 3 more than i would have had without the op

babydust hows your friend doing? did you say she was pregnant after OD?

yeah but it took a year she fell a year after the date she had her OD, she also took clomid that round too and fell straight away shes now 15 weeks! she was trying for 4 years too shes sooo ecstatic!

firefox can they not up your dose of clomid higher i see some girls on here at 200mg because they dont ovulate on 100, yeah they never offered me IUI either, i dont know whats the next step for me, af is due today and im sure shes lurking round the corner lol oh well last start of clomidville! and see where this takes me,

yes its more then doubled bumski, so that was great news i thought wooop 70 is a fantastic number i may just fall this month but oh no! still waiting im to see my consultant in march so hes gonna speak about my Thin Lining Of The Womb =/ see where we go from there

cd18 i think today, started getting some ewcm, which is the first this cycle but that means nothing much to me, i didnt ov until about cd 36ish last cycle so just trying to be patient and hoping i get another chance

i hope af stays away for you, did you have another blood test done this cycle? or was that result from this one?
