Anyone want to be my may buddie ?????

Im due May 30th with our first! Very excited! Anyone else on here live in Canada, Ontario to be more specific? By the sounds of it we don't get our first ultrasound until 10-14 weeks? Is this normal?

Hi I'm in Canada. But I'm in Alberta. It just depends on the situation. If you need a dating ultrasound they'll do it early. But if your days are right on and everything is fine they wait a little longer. Here at least anyway.

Hiya, hope you don't mind me joining in! I have worked out my due date as 31st May for our little baby no 2!

Very excited but worrying not really got any symptoms at all I had loads with my first.

x

Hey Kix, we are due the same day. I've hardly any symptoms either so you are not alone. This will be number 4 for me. I've been a bit tired, had a bit of constipation but thats it. No sore boobs and no feeling sick yet.

Same due date for me, too! All of my symptoms, besides the sore chi-chis, have sort of disappeared. This is my 2nd, also.

Glad I'm not on my own then thanks girl! I'm just a worrier but I don't feel pregnant maybe a bit more hungry but that's it!

You got any appointments yet? I have first appt on 7th Oct then will find out the scan date! Xx

Kix, Willow and Mrs. Stefka, I'm May 31 too! First ultrasound this Thrs but only because I'm high risk and was being treated by my RE, so will see them again. Otherwise just 4 betas so far.

That's nice to have an early appointment so you can get the A-OK from your doc. They wouldn't get me in until the Oct. 15th, but I will get my first scan then. I am so excited I can't hardly wait. I just want to see him/her. That will for sure make it official and ease some worries.

That's awesome! Be sure to let us know how it goes! If you don't mind me asking, why did they label you high risk?

Wow there seems to be quite a few of us due on the 31st :)
I'll be getting my first scan on the 18th, still a bit of a wait and time seems to be dragging....

Mrs. Stefka, I am high risk because I have a unicornate uterus (only half a uterus). It's basically shaped like a banana, instead of a triangle. Rare birth defect. So I am high risk due to potential complications like higher rate of miscarriage and pre-term labor.

So I had all the betas done right away and will have the 6 week US and be referred to a maternal fetal medicine specialist for monitoring. Luckily my RE is walking distance to my house and can pretty much see me whenever I need, so I have a feeling I will be going for frequent visits since I am such a worrier.

Hiya ladies how is everyone feeling ? I'm still a bit tired i have no other symptoms yet lol

Yep still not feeling pregnany. I felt sick yesturday and very tired but had an early night and feeling fine today.

Hi ladies! I'm due May 20th with my first. No symptoms either except a bit more tired and urination freq.

KLA1027 -I have never heard of that! That said, I haven't heard of a lot of things out there:wacko:

It sounds like everyone is pretty lucky to not be having any terrible symptoms. I'm right there with ya! I've just been tired and HUNGRY (like I could eat for days hungry) at 3 am every morning. I'll take that over sick and puking any day:haha:

My daughter is 10 and we told her we were pregnant with her brother/sister a few days ago...every morning since then, when she's waving bye to get on the bus she yells, "Bye mom, love you. Bye baby, love you more!" Cutest thing ever. How far away is May, again?

That is so sweet what your daughter said my kids call the baby jelly bean it's sweet the way children are towards us when we are pregnant us ladies are very lucky with no symptoms I didn't realise how common it was it makes me feel better knowing there are woman out there who are in the same boat I was really poorly with my youngest so it's nice not to feel yucky this time

Jelly bean! Love it! Kids do change so much when they find out you are making a person. They are curious and it shows just how loving and caring they can be.

It's great you aren't sick with this one! My first pregnancy was sooooo easy, and had I not had the huge belly, I wouldn't have know I was pregnant. Fx'd that I'm not going to make up for it with this one!:haha:

Thank you it's so nice not feeling sick and scared to go out because of it my youngest is 16 months old he is at the walking everywhere pulling everything out stage ha ha I hope this not feeling sick stays I hope the same for you too

Hiya everyone

Fairy dust I remember you from the ttc board too I hardly had chance to post can't believe I fell in the first month feeling so lucky! Also feeling pretty sick today on and off but believe it or not I am relieved to be feeling something as haven't felt any symptoms at all yet! I know I'm silly x

Ok ladies. I was on a strict work-out/training regimen when I got pregnant, now I can't seem to get myself up to do it. I need some motivation!! I get up with my daughter every morning @ 6 to get her on the bus, and keep telling myself to hit the gym after she leaves, but end up going directly back to bed. I just don't know how to get beyond the TIRED!!
