Hi ladies. Had my cd 3 ultrasound today and of course bad news again... I just can't get a break... I have 2 massive cysts the size of a baseball on my left ovary so we have another cancelled cycle and have to sit this month out. Good luck to everyone else!

Oh dear, looks like my temping is a waste of time this cycle. I am possibly about ovulate, or it could be up till next week (my cycles have been a bit whacky last few months)

And now Ive gone and got the flu so my temp is way up - throwing FF off track massively.

Hi i get the one with applicators & insert 15 before dtd to let it spread round cervix, i'v conceived twice using it good luck also i use less than instructed on packaging, i only use 1.5mg & its more than enough! X

I just feel it & i also beleive the truly wanderfull women do get tried thier patience but kp gerting stronger & when u finally do get ur dream come true u'l make a wonderful mum. Can tel with the way u support all of us here & u deserve this sincere prayers for u hun xx

Btw my first took 5 years & i'd gvn up hope for myself but it did happen & i thnk this is why i truly feel for anyone trying as i knw it was something me & Dh waited for patiently too & eventho i sometimes lost hope he used to say 'God has plans for us we are nt aware of & will happen wen the time is right. He was right & u too hun will get this amazing gift that u so rightly deserve x

Cd12 here & DH is actually more excited than me this time. I'm a little nervous as suffer with hyperemesis in pregnancy. Had it twice nw so chances of escaping it are slim but its wat i hv to go through to get my babies so be it & he is so supportive but for me means testing early as by 5/6 weeks i end up in a&e with high ketones & nd t be admitted for drips so will be testing at 9dpo & getting early meds this time as with both times i'v been pregnant i am vomiting upto 30x a day starting very early at 5/6 weeks & cant eat or drink so needing fluids & meds. So This time doc wants me to start meds soon as i get a bfp x

Today is supposed to be O day! I'll confirm with tomorrow's temp, but if it goes as planned, I'll be testing April 2. DW's birthday is the 16th, so that would be a lovely present for her

I have PCOS and started Metformin on January 30th. Had AF brought on by Provera on February 6th. Figured I was out and made plans to start Femara in April. Had alot of ovary pain over the last few days and my friend and fiance convinced me to test (I stopped because I figured I was out) and sure enough, it was positive. I had positive opks on CD41 & CD42. I'm likely 1dpo today and I'm trying to hold out on testing until April 1st.

Before this, I had 300+ day cycles and didn't ovulate due to the PCOS so this is my first real tww.

Cd15 & got my positive opk at 1pm today so wen do i count 1dpo from? As ths prob means i ovulate tmrw right? Or day aftr argh? Shall i just kp testing & count it from wen it goes faint again? I dont temp x

Without temping, there's no 100% way to confirm, but your best bet is to keep taking the OPK's, and when they go negative, you've likely ovulated before. I temp and use this method, and it seems pretty reliable. I can usually tell what time I ovulate by taking OPK's every 4-ish hours. Temp confirms it.

I get 3 days of +opk and ovulate on 2nd day (confirmed by opk). On the second day the test line gets way darker and that's my ovulation day. Keep testing till your opk goes negative as you don't temp.
