I looked at your March chart and I wondered if you might have ovulated earlier than the crosshairs marked. I wonder if you might have ovulated on cd 26 in March because the temps are all above after that. It would also put you close to your usual lp.

I'm not sure as far as this month. Was there a reason that cd 25 was so high? I see that you have a note. I ask because the possible ovulation I see could be cd 30 with somewhat higher temps after. Or maybe cd 33 and one temp higher so far.

I hope you get some answers with it soon. I know it's been a long wait.

If I discard that temp it puts OV at CD 30, and puts me at 5dpo today.
Note was to mention what was done at my acupuncture and a faint opk result

Just looking at your temps 291 I don't think you've O'd yet personally. Looking at your previous charts listed there seems to be fairly clear temp shifts with each of them (even if I don't agree with FF on CH's with at least one of those charts, I do think they happened) and that sustained temp shift just doesn't seem like it's happened yet this cycle. Most pre-O temps are below 97.7 and most post-O temps are above 97.8. IIRC and your other charts seem to flow with that. What do you think?

On that OVufriend chart I'd say CD19

Is there a way to view the OF charts in °F? I would peg you as O'ing around CD19, possibly CD18.

SweetPotato, it's in Fahrenheit. I wonder if changed over to Celsius on your end??

Yep, seems it worked.

Cycles prior I did not track/record but had my bleed start
November 8th, December 8th, Jan 7th, Feb 7th, March 9th, April 16th. So they're getting longer again. Soy taken Jan CD3-7, Feb CD2-6.

So weird! I wonder why it switched? Yeah, I'm thinking CD19, with a possible CD18. I definitely lean more strongly toward CD19 though.

Super confused! I'll just have to 3 days before expected ovulation and have at it for a week to be sure.

Yes max dose this cycle CD2-6 or 3-7, when I finally get my AF.

Can someone look at my chart and tell me if my temps seem normal or are they still wacko.. i switched to vaginal this month as they were unstable due to being a mouth breather when i sleep. please take the time to advise me thanks in advance

Why do you think CD19? I would say CD18..it's kind of very clear for me. It was the first day without any fcm and also the first higher temp.

Your temps look weird. I would wait, probably you are still before O. I think you shouldn't change the place where you take your temp, from mounth to vaginal, in the middle of your cycle.
