Can someone look at my chart and tell me if my temps seem normal or are they still wacko.. i switched to vaginal this month as they were unstable due to being a mouth breather when i sleep. please take the time to advise me thanks in advance

Your temps look weird. I would wait, probably you are still before O. I think you shouldn't change the place where you take your temp, from mounth to vaginal, in the middle of your cycle.

yes im not due ov until next week these are all pro ov

i wouldnt switch all these temps have been vaginally

I think your temps look fine thus far. Really only more temping will shake out your normals .

I pretty much ignore temps around
AF, they always seem high then base line sits too high and can miss ov.

Hi Guys, I'd love someone to help me figure my chart out!
I know if I did ovulate- it's still pretty early, and I should probably wait until tomorrow to see if there's another rise, but you all know how impatient us TTC girls are!

The previous cycle is all over the place because it was the first cycle after mc.
Yesterday (cd15) I had definite ovulation pains. CM, unsure of what was going on.
We BD like on all the right days, nauseous today, and boobs are fuller. I'm only worried because of the ever so slight rise today.

Hi ladies I'm wondering if you could help me please! I think I may have ov'd yesterday? Not too sure, cd9 I had a big lump of EWCM when I wiped cervix felt high open and soft. Yesterday I had horrible ov cramps and pains. Left ovary felt like it was being squeezed every few mins this went on for about 8/9 hours. Cm has turned to watery now with the tiniest bit of EWCM. Does this sould like ov to you? I'll attach my chart.

Hi there Nina. At this point I'd put you O'ing at around CD12 looking at that first temp rise. O pain and CF doesn't always match up with O (so fun right? ) but the sustained temp shift is a quite a reliable indicator.

My Ovulation Chart

Hi sammy. Do you know what may have contributed to those spikes on CD's 4 and 9? Your overall pre-O temps seem higher this cycle than last. Did you switch from oral to vaginal temping? In any case, O could have very well been yesterday but time will tell it!

Yeah I changed to vaginal temping thought it was easier and more accurate, not really sure what caused the temp spike to be honest, nothing had changed in my routine.

Thanks, my temps actually did shot up this morning, so I feel a bit better about it! Now, just for them to stay high tomorrow as well I'll be much more calm!
What does CF mean?
I'm not sure I O'd on the 12th, that would be pretty early for me, but I guess anything is possible.

Nice spike you're workin' there . Yeah, it's hard to say for sure, especially at this point, but if your temps continue to stay up then mayhaps it was indeed CD15. Keep watching those temps . It's definitely easier to scrutinize the big picture as the days carry on. GL!

Does not look triphasic to me, but still looks like good charting, af seemingly around the corner though... just like me oh the joys ha!

My temps actually dipped a bit this morning.
Woke up at about 5, wondered if I should test or not, and at 5:20 and was 36.7. My heart sank.
Went back to sleep. Woke up at 9:00 and my temp was 36.9. I usually temp at 7:00. I'm kind of torn right now. Hoping this might just be a triphasic cycle, if possible after these wonky temps
CD19, on my pregnant cycle chart also had a major dip to 36.6. So hope it's just a one time thing.

Thoughts on my chart ladies, says 12dpo, never got to 12dpo before.
Not feeling pregnant, but never did with number 1 either until over a week late.
My concern is temps are not that high, or trending higher like others' charts.

Cheers! i had a major dip yesterday and a slight rise today so fingers crossed tomorrow i have a proper rise, so would mean i ovulated today or yesterday, will hopfully BD tonight, didnt last night but did the night before, just hope we will have BD enough this month
