I'm finally starting to believe I'm pregnant after a definite darker bfp this morning at 12dpo

Hi Everyone, I am due to test this month... me and OH have been NTNP and already have a DD.
Normally i have dull achy cramps a day or two before AF is due to rear her ugly face, occasionally tender bbs.

I am at 11/12 DPO, i wont be testing until 8th though because sometimes my cycles can play up a little. Im usually 32-34 days like clockwork.

Currently... Craving meat... specifically beef - Can't stomach Tuna which i normally love, had a sandwhich today and gave half of it to the dog i could have thrown up.

Sharp Twinges, Nipples feeling crazy and looking different to normal (normally very flat but currently not sorry TMI)

we DTD about 3 days ago and i had uterine cramping after for like 10 minutes it felt like everything was contracting.

Cervix is high and i cant reach it and the walls feel super firm and sensitive.

Honestly i don't think i will get a BFP... OH has been adamant for weeks that AF isn't going to arrive this month... he has never said that before like ever its quite spooky

Thank you, i will keep you ladies posted. With DD the only thing i had that made me think i was pregnant was the fact i got travel sick on a train and felt silly bloated, i tested 3 days later with a CB Digi and it was positive.

Avasaurus - everything sounds promising.I don't know how you wait longer than 14 DPO to test, I usually break down and test around 11 or 12 DPO, but I guess I do have shorter cycles at 25-27 days. Good luck!

I only wait because i know AF likes to trick me from time to time haha! I like to be sure i am well past her arrival before i do anything There is a massive part of me that wants to zip to superdrug today and get a test but im being good!

Definitely good for you! Last cycle I bought some dollar store pregnancy tests, so I can test if I want but won't be wasting money. First Response tests are $12-15 each, which massively adds up. I'll buy some good tests if I get any lines on the dollar store ones lol.

Fingers crossed for you! we have a pound shop that sells tests but ive never had much luck with them... i think first response are about £10-£15 here, i tend to get a 3 pack of Clearblue which includes a digi test if i need it

FR are expensive over there!! Wow! Here they are $9 for 1, or $17 for a 3 pack, I got a 7 pack on special for $20 recently!
And our Australian dollar is worth much less than USD, GBP etc so that is probably even chėaper in your dollars! we can't get cheap test brands here in stores though, only online, stores here only seem to sell FR and CB.

I bought some cheapie one step strips on eBay because they came with the LH strips, I took one this morning which was negative but no surprise there as I am only 8dpo

I can see something but not sure if evap! I would try a pink dye test as others said, usually a bit more reliable, good luck!

I caved and tested today, unsurprisingly since I'm only 7dpo. Just impatient for this week to be over! I've had sore bbs, a dull ache across my lower abdomen from hip to hip, and no appetite. Not feeling super hopeful though since this is my first cycle off birth control so those symptoms maybe are caused by my hormones being out of whack?

birth control can make your body go a little bit whacky but people still conceive, you’re not out until AF arrives my lovely 7DPO is still super early really so positive vibes xx
