Only 4dpo but been having some cramping on off since yesterday. Hoping it means things are moving along nicely.

So great to see an October testing thread.
@NightFlower Thanks for setting it up!
AFM, I started clomid (50mg) today at CD5. I should have started it yesterday but my pharmacy took a while to fill my prescription so I decided to just do it today. I'm at a fertility specialist and I'm glad that they prescribed me clomid and they will monitor this cycle with ultrasounds and blood tests to check for follicles and if I ovulated. It's quite dejavu cos I went through 4 rounds of clomid before conceiving my first one. Back then I had anovulatory cycles and I could go for 4-5 months without AF.
My #2, #3 and #4 were conceived naturally and pretty easily if I may say. My #4 was conceived when I just turned 35. And that was 5 years ago. Sob. I turned 40 last Dec.
After my miscarriage at 16 weeks (babe was 12 weeks old) in Dec 2022, I've been WTT sooo sooo long because of thyroid issues. I'm on medication for the overactive-ness, but it has got SO much better than what it was before. I feel that my thyroid issues has caused my cycles to be out of whack and my cycles can go from 30 to 42 days. The thyroid issues together with my age factor, makes me really want to have more monitoring in TTCing. My OB-gyn is so laissez-faire, he wouldn't even check if my progesterone was normal or not at CD21.
Anyway, this is me on clomid cycle 1. I really hope I ovulate properly and I honestly do not want any multiples. Eeeks. But judging by how I responded to clomid 12 years ago, at a 50mg dosage, I only ovulated 1 egg per cycle, so chances are that it will stay the same.

I’ve only just ovulated (I think) but having pains and feeling sick & just generally tired although I do have a 17 month old keeping me on my toes.
hoping it’s signs but may just be life. Still got a week or two before testing though!

Afm I'm 6dpo and so itching to test..lol. I'm waiting till I'm 9dpo to take one. Usually I start now but low on tests. so I must wait. I'll probably order more at some point. Started cramping again today.

afm: I started getting some achy side pains. I’m 11dpo and opks are negative. Seems a bit early to be having side pains so I’m hoping that means I might ovulate in the next few days! Trying to feel hopeful with this femara cycle. Has anyone else with pcos taken femara? Did you ovulate earlier than CD14 or at CD14?

I could test tomorrow @8dpo very tempting ..butttt... I'm going to try my hardest to wait till 9dpo. Had a wave of nausea twice yesterday. Other than that not much going on.

So.. I might be testing in October.. this is my chart and ff reckons I actually ovulated 2 days ago not 10.. I wish it would make up its mind. I didn't do opks until that day and it was off peak but pretty dark. I only used a opk because I had loads of ewcm.. thoughts?
