Hey lovely ladies.. This is that time of the month again where my DH gets really lucky .. I am entering my fertile period again .. Will do my best to try to catch the eggie .. Planning to keep scanning to make sure when I ovulate .. DH's SA sample is in the lab .. Will know the results today .. Wish me luck!!!!!

Baby dust to you all .. Hope the girls who got their BFP have a happy and healthy pregnancy n delivery ..

Hi ladies sorry havnt messaged today im doing ok had a rough nite last nite once i got home really hit me been crying on and off since yesterday its horrible all the range of emotions you feel the worst is guilt. Feel so sorry for my fella as well he was so excited, dont think were gonna try this month gonna start again next month just feel like i need a little break, thank you all again so much you dont realise how much you have helped me just being there so i can write everything down that sometimes you cant say to anyone else especially when i dont know wanyone whos been through it before xx

My DHs SA looks worse than the result he got 6 months back .. Earlier his sperms were 25% actively motile and now it has increased to 30% .. But it says semen is thicker than normal .. And takes more than 2 hours to liquefy while the normal is under 1 hour .. Am going to show the result to our Doc soon .. It all looks very bleak at this point

I'm sorry hun. Is there anything he can do about the thickness of his semen? Suppliments, more water throughout the day? Could it be a fluke, maybe he can be retested?

I hope your doc has some good news for you after he reviews your results. FX

Awh Hope...MASSIVE hugs going out to you! DO NOT feel guilty...it's not like you could have done anything different hun...just know that it's just one of those things (not very reassuring I know) but it really isn't your fault.

A break may do you the world of good...hope to see you back soon...

I am excited today as it's the first day my CBFM asked me for a test, and I finally had something to do, lol. (of course it was low and probably will be for a while since I ovulate late, but it still gave me the feeling that I could do something....)
Think I will start temping tomorrow, as AF should hopefully be gone.

How is everybody else coping with the waiting?

I've been a lot more relaxed this month (so far anyway). I've got a lot on at work and we're going away for the weekend, so I'm a little preoccupied. Not even got any opk's in yet. Nor seen my doctor about getting an alternative to antihistamines. It's actually kinda nice not to be so obsessed, although I'm sure I'll be obsessed again once I hit the 2ww.

I agree - I am on CD10 waiting for O - but based on scans (I am on clomid and my follicle development is being tracked) looks like I probably won't O for at least another week and a half, grrr!!!!

I'll most likely not ovulate until CD21 or so. I guess that makes me more relaxed right now as I know it's still gonna be a while, lol. I generally do find the 2WW worse as it is purely waiting and not "doing" I hate not being in control and not being able to do anything....
Now I can at least do my tests, take me temperatures and have some "sexy time", lol.

I'm glad tomorrow is Friday We'll be on the same track Angel, I'm thinking I'll O next Wed- or so I hope. My cm is turning creamy so that's good. I decided to get the CB opk so I would get a smiley face but I'm thinking they're not really worth it since they look just like my internet cheapies but then again, no second guessing. My pre-seed had a $10 off coupon. Good luck ladies, here's to another fruitful cycle

So I already got a "high" reading on my CBFM today (CD8). Which really confuses me, as my last cycles have all been fairly long, and as far as I understand there should be only max 5 days of "high" before ovulation.

I guess this means that either this cycle will be short/normal, or that the monitor is getting used to my body still. Hmmmm.

sorry I have missed a bit of chat on this thread the last few days. Hope everyone is doing ok and not getting too bored waiting for ovulation!! It does drive me mad sometimes, never knowing when it's going to happen.

AuCa I don't know anything about CBFMs I'm afraid How long are your cycles normally? Sorry if you've already answered that question a million times!

I had a scan today and the doc seems to think I'm going to O in the next few days. I can't believe it, in fact I won't believe it til it actually happens! I got OPKs for the first time this cycle, I just did one (badly, I know it's not accurate!) so looking forward to testing again tomorrow under better conditions and FX for a darker line.

Obvs we are going to be bd'ing a lot now, regardless of the test! I think this cycle I will just be jumping for joy if I have a normal ovulation time, let alone a bfp. After 17 years of irregular cycles it will certainly be a novelty haha

That would be wonderful! Yay for a cycle that includes ovulation!
