Retrieval is today but I am almost positive I ovulated early.... again! I've been so distraught all night waiting to call my clinic when they open. This was our only shot at IVF for now, mostly because of the medication cost up front. Plus. I'm m hungry and can't eat anything until after retrieval. Up until last night I was extremely happy and hopeful it was going to work in my favor.

AFM - 6dpo. Weird cramps today. Not sure what's going on with that. Dr (obgyn) appointment today to talk about fertility and see what tests she wants to run. As much as I'm hoping I'm pregnant this cycle, I'm also happy to know if I'm not we might have some answers in time for next cycle.

Serum progesterone 21.5 nmol/L

I don't think doctors looked at it yet (as I'm getting my results online) so does anyone know if this means I ovulated or not! xx

Ahhhh I'm such an idiot... I'm 10DPO and couldn't wait any longer so went and bought 2 cheap early detection tests and I POAS and nothing happened!!! No test line or anything haha serves me right for testing so early! I wasted a good wee and everything.

No symptoms or anything or reckon I'll be out in a few days!

Jessica - just from what I have researched, 10-20 ng/mL is the peak level you would hit, about 7 days after O-day (which should be pretty close to CD21, in a normal cycle). Since you are at 21.5 nmol/mL...that is equivalent to about 6.76 ng/mL. So my guess is that you likely O'd but maybe you O'd less than 7 days ago (maybe 3-5 days ago)? I think your progesterone baseline is normally between 1.5 to 3 ng/mL by the first day after you ovulation. So it definitely looks like you have to me! But I'm definitely no doctor lol so wait for them to tell you!

Thanks Hun and yer I did, my silly doctors thought, I was dpo3 when doc said get bloods done that day I told her I ovulated 3 days ago and she didn't say nothing! So I'm thinking I did ovulate as the test was done 4 days to early... i now wanna see what my doctor says!!! This will be a book of laughs as she also told me I grew out of my pcos... hahaha my next scans gonna prove her wrong! Big time xx

Rescheduled appointment for the middle of next month. Doctor got pulled into an emergency c-section. Really hope mom and baby are okay but man, it's so hard to get these appointments!
