I physically can’t take the 3-hour one, the one time I did my blood sugar plummeted to 41 and I almost had to be hospitalized, it was terrifying. I truly can’t tolerate it. So I’m waiting for a call back from the midwife. I won’t do the finger prick 4x/Day either but that’s a longer story. I’m waiting for the midwife to call.

Oh my! I imagine since you barely failed it it should be fine.
 
@MrsKatie oh i hope its all ok, ive never know of a 1 hr test, ours is 2 hrs here so unsure how yours works being out by 1 point. I know with my daughter they tested mine there and it was 5.7 and they were like oh it doesnt look good..m then bloods came back fine, so stupid.

@mbrew180 thank you for the info! I had back pain since my first pregnancy but was only if i overdid it or twisted the wrong way. These days i just unload the dishwasher and im done for the day :(

@markswife10 happy viability week! I hit mine on tuesday, im actually excited haha

Afm the stress of setting up the business combined with not having flights booked to sydney for our trip in march got too much and i had a panic attack :/ thankfully mild but the worst ive had. (I confronted my SIL about wanting to book flights etc and both her and her sister got ad and were really blunt/rudeish with me and i just dont handle it lol). Still wiped me out for the entire day. Had my dr apt that day too and they said to come back in 3 weeks instead of 4 to check up on me. Im happy they're so lovely here, but feel like it was a one off/not depression or anything. Felt so dramatic lol

Im very excited for us all to be getting closer to the third trimester! Most are over halfway now and thats amazing, praying everything goes smoothly/nothing major for the rest of our pregnancies.
 
@MrsKatie that is such good news about the glucose! Yay! Happy third trimester, wow cant believe its here already, flying by!

3 weeks this weekend until i fly to sydney, im excited! I havent been interstate since my 16th birthday i think when i went to melbourne for a hilary duff concert lol praying i can manage all the exploring etc of a holiday
 
Just wanted to pop back in and see how everyone’s doing. I can’t believe how far along you all are now. I have been silently following along still and look forward to seeing all these beautiful babies when they arrive. Hope everyone’s keeping well
 
@AlwaysTheAunt have a great trip!! DH and I are having a solo week in Hawaii while the kids stay with his parents. Keep waiting for covid to ruin it of course but God willing we leave in 12 days…!!!!

@MrsKatie I'm doing good! Feeling more and more pregnant lol! But my BP is steadily low and no crazy swelling, so I'm happy about that.

We are dealing with a stressful situation, though, unrelated to my pregnancy. Our 2017 Pathfinder we bought in 2020 is having major expensive issues. As of right now it is either the timing chain (a $2,000+ repair) or needs an engine ($10,000 +). And we sadly still owe a lot on it so we've been trying to figure out what to do. We're having a guy look at it this week to hopefully 100% either verify that it needs a new engine or if he's able to fix it. Either way we're approved for a loan to get another car, so we're in the process of looking for the right replacement (and using experience we've had with our Pathfinder to pick something even more suited for 3 kids). We're hoping the Pathfinder can be fixed so we at least can get more than we owe back for it when we sell it. If not, we'll still be a bit underwater even if someone buys it. Like I said, stressful all around. But we're hoping it is all worked out soon. I just want something nice to bring baby boy home from the hospital in :)

@markswife10 oh gosh how stressful about the car! I hate car issues and the unknown cost, im hoping dor you its the cheaper fix! Good luck with the car search :) love the bump pic

We went away for the weekend, was hubbys 30th birthday. His best mate turned 30 on the day after (sunday) and had a party. Theyve been mates since almost birth lol it was really nice! First party we've been to that everyone was our age but had kids or was due to have kids, so was over by 9 haha Not sure what happened but i ended up sick half the night after getting to bed around 11:30. Something really upset my stomach. I think its just a weird pregnancy thing and wasnt food related because it randomly happens and nobody else gets sick.

Thanks hun, I’m 8dpo today. Was going to test but I’ve chickened out. I want it so badly I’m scared to see bfn. Maybe tomorrow

Everything crossed! I had so many months in the 2 years ttc i was terrified to test. The bfn are so disheartening xx
 
@AlwaysTheAunt thank you! Sorry you have a sick tummy! That's no fun.

As for my pregnancy update, baby boy is moving around a lot and I feel him a ton throughout the day. I feel him in my ribs sometimes too. I have a short torso, so I'm not surprised and I know it will get worse as time goes on lol. My BP is staying nice and low so far and no crazy swelling (aside from my legs swelling a bit if I've been on them too long, but that's normal and it goes away after sitting with my feet up for an hour or two). Can't believe I'm 26 weeks! Less than a week from when my daughter had to be delivered! It's crazy! Since I had her so early, I consider every week after that point a huge win!

We finally got a car! We are so excited! And it's more suited for our family than our other one, so that's a huge plus! And it looks like our other car can be fixed so we'll be able to sell it once it's fixed and get it paid off. Praise God everything is working out! <3 Here's a pic of the kids with the new car. They are SO excited! Especially our daughter haha! Also it is SO nice having a car to be able to drive after a month of having nothing.

Hey ladies good to see you all growing nicely.
@markswife10 nice new car!!! Love Toyotas they go forever too. We’ve had some car troubles too have two loans on two cars that aren’t going argh but got good news that ones a lot cheaper repair than quoted. Such a relief when it’s better than you thought!!!

@AlwaysTheAunt so good you got to have that adult time so important. Weird about the being maybe just over doing it a lil. I’m good with morning sickness now but if I overexert myself weird things happen the next day lol.

I’m 21 weeks and I feel like I’m so huge already???! Like all of a sudden feel like I can’t believe I’m gonna get bigger than this !! Baby is moving around find out gender on Monday yay. I’m so smitten being pregnant I wake up every day thinking I can’t believe I am! Can’t deny the belly now :)


Hope you’re all well I didn’t read back too much.
