sarah - :grr: to steve!!! glad you liked your fruit basket

emera - i would go back to the dr and give them hell. you are right that it should've cleared by now!

modo - bobby doesnt hate you. he wanted to stay with your mum as that was far more fun than being changed :hugs:

amy - glad that alex is better. hope you had a better night. glad gabriel is on the mend. i shudder to think about it as it could've been so much worse!

well dylan has inset today and erin hasn't got nursery today so like yesterday all three kids to look after all day with the rubbish weather so we cant go out and do anything :dohh: we're all getting cabin fever!!!

Morning!

Maybe I hope you find something fun to do today :hugs: I hate cabin fever!!

I've been watching the news in Japan, so awful :(

I'm not feeling so grumpy today :haha:

sarah i'm going to look up the news about japan. the kids have boomerang on so i havent had a chance to look at the news!

OMG! how scary is that!?! there just seem to be so many natural disaters these days!

I know :( it makes me feel so fortunate and grateful for what I have :( Those poor people. Sky news were showing film of the water moving so fast, there were cars trying to get away but they just didn't stand a chance. The water must have got them. I can't imagine how frightening that must me. There would be whole families trying to get away that would be just swept away. And it looks like its going to get worse too.

Oliver has taken to crawling over the cat this morning - she just let's him! Daft Kitty!

my parents have a cat (my sis and i brought him home when i was 13. we just turned up with him :haha: ) he is over 20 now, about 21 or 22 and poor Baby (that's his name!) will let the kids touch him and pick him up even though he's athritic. he's such a good cat but it is so sad as you can see he's not got long leftr :sad2:

Awwww bless Baby! My mum and dad had three cats from when we were young, they all got to about 22 years old  and then died within 12 months of each other  They lived wonderful long lives though, which we were very grateful for.

Hi everyone thanks for the support :hugs: you are all so lovely

Maybe: I am so sorry about the job :hugs: They must be blind not to have hired you hon! Really sorry :hugs: Baby sounds like a lovely Kitty! The idea of losing any of mine makes me feel so sad. They really are lovely (even Hopey the grump) and I can't imagine not having them around.

Sarah: I have been watching it too. Really horrific :( Made me feel like lucky to have my own family safe. Ben used to live in Japan so he is also upset :(

Emera: Thank you for the advice :hugs: I am following it (without saying to much as this is a public forum) and I really appreciate the understanding. I am really sorry to hear that you are still having horrible ear infections :( It sounds utterly painful :hugs:

Modo you know if there is anything you want to 'talk' about but don't want to post on here please feel free to PM me, I am always here for you and the other girls too I'm sure :hugs:

The news from Japan just gets worse :hugs: My friends father works in Japan all the time, luckily he came back last week. Its just tragic for all involved

modo - as sarah said we are here for you :hugs: feel free to PM me too if you want :hugs: i wish there was a way to make this thread private!!

You girls are so lovely :hugs: I will ofcourse pm you through FB if I need to talk. You really are such good friends :hugs: I wish I got to know you all when I first got pregnant :hugs:

just popping in as Alex has a nappy disaster I need to sort

sarah - cant believe how spineless that idiot is. hopefully he'll leave you alone now :hugs: Kerry says thoughtless things like that sometimes, glad Steve made chocolate cake though :flower:

maybe - I never get time to watch the news :haha: hope your day isnt too testing! :hugs:

modo - @hugs: :hugs: and more :hugs: :flower::flower::flower: shame we cant all pop round to have a cuppa with you :hugs:

i popped Alex to the doc this morning as he had another fever in the night. she said its just teething. i need sleep!!!

well better sort this nappy  catch you all later, have a lovely day xxx

oh my gosh, I just saw the news. How horrific and frightening!!! :(

amy - hope the nappy wasn't too bad  owen never stays still when i try to change him. and he grabs his willy as soon as i take off his nappy and laughs! also this morning he peed all over me and the bed and thought it was hilarious!

Amy Oh poor Gabriel. Did the hospital not give him anything/suggest anything to help his head? What a scary thing to happen. I would have to tell his Mum what really happened as I'd want to know if it was my LO. Is Alex better now?

H&F you look fab well done on losing so much weight!

Modo we are always here if you want to talk. Bobby loves you very much, and always will. Like someone else suggested it's most likely that he sees you all the time, so knows you are there and he can have cuddles with you anytime but the other people aren't which is why he wants to be held by them. I am sure it's a phase.

LC hope you got another good night's sleep last night. at the jeans, mine are the same although it's more like 60% on mine :dohh:

Emera wow clever Roh trying to walk! :happydance: Could Roh's rash be an allergy to something? Hope your ears stop being naughty!

Sarah :grr: to your neighbour not having the balls to come to you rather than leave snotty notes and to Steve as well.

Maybe Sorry you didn't get the job, it's their loss. Hope the weather has improved a bit so you can go out.

Can't believe what's happening in Japan, those poor people it's so sad.

If we want a private thread could we make a Facebook group that's private? I don't know if that is even something you can do.

Right Im off to wake up Oliver as he has been napping since we got back from our follow on baby group at 12:30, he was too tired for lunch so hasn't eaten any, though he did have a bf before his nap (he has cut his feeds so now has one mid morning, one before bed and one during the night).

muddles i wish owen napped like oliver! he's had 2 20min naps all day!!!

OMG I jinxed myself last night was the worst ever. I only slept from 2-4am and had to hold Will all night, he hada temperature and was very very upset. DH did an 18 hour shift and got home at 2 am, so it was all go. Then we were all swaping beds so I could comfortably hold Will - urghh. He was so poorly this morning, I took him to the Dr his temp was nearly 40. It's a virus. I had to hold him for his hour and a half nap this morning, thankfully he napped for 40 mins this afternoon, himself.

Whilst in the shower making the dash to the dr I noticed a tennis ball size square lump in my boob, so I came away with antibiotics for mastitis - urghhhhhh I have been feeling really run down all week, so it's no surprise.

Sarah, what a dick, the bloke not Steve xxx

Emera, what a clever boy Roh is standing, he'll soon be off hee hee, glad you had a nice Thursday. Hope your naughty ears start behaving soon xxx

Modo xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Amy, how is Alex? I think Will's is a mixture of teething too xx

Muddles, that sounds similar to Will's feeding schedule, although more often two feeds in the night and minus the naps!

I go back to work in less than four weeks, I'm dreading it!

I have been watching the tsunami on the news it's awful.

Maybe, why do boys feel the need to grab themselves?? I really didn't think it would start this young, I must admit though I do laugh when Will tries to stretch his to his mouth, thank goodness it would never reach!!!

, I must admit though I do laugh when Will tries to stretch his to his mouth, thank goodness it would never reach!!!

Omg! :haha: Will, go easy! I thought Roh was bad, he sits in the bath and fiddles with it, and just stares at me and grins

Crazy long day  Roh has eczema as i suspected, and i've been prescribed different drops for my ears. After visiting 5 chemists who all said, sorry out of stock, for these drops, i went to the last one in the area. Finally someone helpful, the pharmecist told me that the drops i'd been prescibed were actually no longer produced :dohh: Anyway, she phoned her supplier, ordered a variety of alternatives, and then phoned my doctor and got her to write a fresh prescription for the different drops to be delivered to the chemist. I really love people who are helpful like that, she saved me sooo much hassle going back to the doctors again, and went really out of her way to solve my problem :cloud9: I'll definately be making that my regular chemist from now on :)

I had Roh's feet measured today, out of curiosity really, as i plan to only start with shoes when its really needed, and allow him to stay barefoot as much as possible. Anyway, he has fat feet :haha: He's 3 1/2 H  Apparently thats as wide as they do. I guess i shouldn't be suprised, i always had trouble getting shoes that fitted when i was little, as i had, and still have really wide feet.

Oh, my SIL had her 20 week scan today, i'm getting a little nephew!!! :yipee: :happydance: :yipee:

   I'm so glad Oliver's not the only one who grabs himself

While I was putting Oliver to bed Steve ordered a take away :happydance: its due any min so I might have to cut this short and update later :haha:

L-C I really hope Will has a better night tonight!! Those nights are soooooo tiring :coffee: I really hope Will is feeling better, its so awful when they are ill

Amy how is Alex doing? I hope he's okay :hugs:

Ooohhhh, food arrived . . . . back in a min :haha:
