Emera we've lived here for 6 years and though we've made changes to the garden its never been 'finished' We've decided to get rid of the lawn and block pave it instead, which will just be SO much better for Oliver. I really want to be able to sit out in the summer and for Oliver to be able to play out. We're fecning quite a bit off for the chickens, so if we moved someone could always turf that bit if they wanted grass.

Oh, and I've been meaning to say, Oliver has a friction burn on his nose His playpen has mesh sides because its a lightweight one, and he has a habit of pushing his face into the mesh and bouncing up and down. He was doing it the other day and got all excited and giddy, his nose looked red when I stopped him and now he's got two little scabs, right on the end. The little monkey

sarah - owen sticks his face against the mesh sides too but no friction burns yet! poor oliver!!!!! hope you get all your bits at b&q!!! i'd love a garden! i need to do sleep training! still not had a chance to re-read the no cry sleep solution but i think something more drastic may be required

bumped into a friend in town who also has 3 young kids. we went for a drink and chat. she goes back to work after mat leave tomorrow. her youngest is only 5months so i feel lucky that i have had double as long off with owen. bought a load of pressies for the various ocassions this week and now back at home for lunch. danny's sleeping in preparation for his night shift later!

forgot to say. owen now sings along to his 'the wheels on the bus' dvd he says 'round and round' though it sounds more like 'raah a rahh' but he does it in the right places so it does count!

Sarah: Bobby has just started standing in his cot now although he has been pulling him self up quite easily for a while now. It's like he has only just discovered he can do it there too

H&F: Congratulations I know it must seem really scary now but like everyone has said these things happen for a reason It will work out and everyone will be so happy once the surprise wears off!

Hey ladies -

Hope everyone is ok ... OH has now decided he doesnt want the baby and actually stated that he hopes I mc again and that I must have got pregnant on purpose. Me and Amy are staying at a hotel overnight as I am an emotional wreck and have had stomach cramps since our argument.

HandF I can't beieve he said that - that is SO nasty!! Well its more than just nasty, its a truely awful thing to say! You did the best thing to go to the hotel - you and Amy just have a nice night and tomorrow is another day I think I'd be telling him to pack his bags though - at least for a few days until he realises what a dick he"s been!!!!

h&f - men can be such twats i can't believe that he said he hoped you miscarry that is the worst thing i have ever heard. i think you are right staying over at a hotel. you are a strong woman for doing that. try to relax. i went through a lot of stress through my last pregnancy (as you know) and worried about owen all the time but babies are more resilient than you think. please that said try to rest and relax as much as possible. maybe it'd be best if he moved out for a few days to give you some space. he should be the one in the hotel tbh not you and your baby! PM me if you want anything. virtual from over the seas hun.

i can't believe it. when i think that men have shown all they are capable of another one doesnt fail to surprise. i am truly sorry for h&f i can't begin to think what i would've done if danny had told me he hoped i mc! i hope it is just the shock talking and he goes grovelling to her. no-one deserves this greif, let alone a pregnant woman, your pregnant fiancee! it's awful h&f huge

I've been so busy with enquiries today! I'm still dealing with a few emails and geting a few letters sorted etc. Its all good!! Steve has gone out with a friend so I'm watching One Born Every Minute, doing my work, and I think I might go and find something yummy to eat

We got everything for the garden ordered today Had a bit of a do with B&Q (long story - but basically they said that it was free delivery but then everything was more expensive . . . . so you're basically paying for delivery!! Even the staff said it was really stupid. We ordered from a local builders yard in the end and they were SO helpful, and cheaper
