Maybe, must be so nice to be so near the beach!
We are well here!
Roh is an angel most the time and occasionally a little devil! This week i've sorted out all his toy storage and been working on getting all his arts and craft stuff sorted out. Got him a little water/sand play table which is perfect as its small enough to use inside when the weather is crappy.
It was only £10 from Wilkinsons and he really likes it!
Just trying to keep him as busy and occupied as possible, because its when he's bored he's a serious pain! He's doing really well with the potty, and i'm thinking of maybe the week after next settling the week aside and not really going out and doing proper cold turkey on the nappies. Maybe trying night times too to see where we are at, as a few of his nappies have been pretty dry in the mornings recently and then he tells me he's done a wee about 10 minutes after changing him. He's now telling us about doing wees and poos regularly, which is very encouraging.
Freyja now weighs a bit over 15lb and is coming on really well. She's got a tooth coming through, although who knows how long it will take to actually cut!
She's rolling and never shuts up she's so chatty and smiley, its lovely!
Her and Roh are so cute together, they were playing peek-a-boo the other day and both giggling away, very sweet! Only downside is that Freyja's sleeping has gone from ok to nightmare and she's up about every 1.5-2 hours once it gets past midnight. I've been trying to go to bed early (like 8pm) but i just can't sleep, and i'm not getting any downtime.
I'm not sure what to do about it at all, but i'm knackered!
Hopefully it will just settle down soon.
I'm taking the kids to a mini WOMAD festival at the zoo tomorrow night. Feeling like its a slightly mad thing to do as its from 6-11pm, so not sure how long Roh will last before losing the plot. I'm just going to pack his dummy and teddy though and let him sleep in the buggy if he wants to.
Sadly OH couldn't get the night off, so i'm just going with some friends. Hoping the kids behave!
