Moms of April/May/June 2010 babies thread! :)

Sounds great H+F well done on what sounds like a really smooth birth!! :hugs:

How's everyone? 1 week left til the start of term! Back to work!!!

Bet that's flown by Maybe!! Looks like you've all had a lovely holiday from the pics! :)

We are ok here. Roh is being gorgeous and challenging in equal measures. He and F are starting to bond a bit, which is nice to see. F is doing great in 9-12 month clothes already and has slept from 7-7 for the last 3 nights with a quick feed at 11pm, which has been amazing!! Not kidding myself that it will last, but really enjoying the sleep for now :). She's also had a few tastes of food, as Roh gave her a rice cake the other day whilst I was out of the room and when I got back it had been well and truly sucked. So now when we are eating, she gets quite sytressy if I don't give her something to nibble. She's had cucumber and melon and ricecakes. Still not weaning properly for a couple of weeks, but it keeps her quiet at mealtimes! :haha: She's also rolling all over the place, and starting to commando crawl...backwards. :haha: She's growing up so quick, I wish tme would slow down!!!

Hugs to all of you. :hugs:

Wow time has flown maybe! A whole year since you went back to work already???!!
Is Owen fully potty trained now?
Well I honestly barely get a minute to myself these days, my lo cries from at least 4pm-8pm every day and does not like sleep :( I really am at a loss with what to do now - he is currently crying in his cot - last sleep was about 2pm, he is obviously overtired as well as whatever else is bothering him. I know that this period of time will end, eventually!
How is everyone else?
xx

Mork - Erin was like that for first four months with colic. After that she still wasn't a good sleeper but the non stop screaming stopped!!! I have Owen fully potty trained. Well I mean he's in pants all the time except for nights. Today 0 accidents :) same last couple of days :)

Emera - time flies and if you have a 3rd it goes even quicker!!!

Mork: Bobby was like that and it was really hard and it just got better with time. By 3 months it was over. He didn't nap well but stopped screaming.

Hi all am off for a couple of days to spain! Hope you have a lovely weekend! Am hoping to enjoy the last few days before school starts on Monday! How the summer has flown!!!

Have a nice time Maybe, i wish we'd had beach weather all summer!! It's been shocking, roll on winter to be honest! :haha:

Hey everyone!

Maybe have a great time in Spain!! Lucky you :)

Emera we've had a shocking summer weather wise haven't we? I sat out in the rain today so Oliver could play out - he was quite happy with his coat and wellies on :haha: and I was nice and dry under the patio umbrella :) I did think at the time that I will be doing quite a lot of that over the next few months..... :haha: I think I'm quite looking forward to autumn / winter now, ESP to the end of November when we are off on holiday!!!!!!

I hope all the babies and toddlers are well!

We've had a busy week, it was our wedding anniversary on Tuesday so we all went out for lunch which was nice :) then on Wednesday we went to Manchester to see 'in the night garden live' it was really sweet and Oliver enjoyed it, then we met daisy afterwards which was so cool! Oliver kept blowing her kisses :) it was kind of spoilt though by the weather! When we came out of the show there was the most awful storm outside, I've never seen so much rain! We hadn't parked so close by so we waited for a whle, then the rain changed to huge hail stones! There was crazy thunder and lightening and then it all started flooding! I was starting to wonder how safe if was to say inside (it's basically a huge inflatable tent) when Steve said he would just get wet and run to the car and then one and collect s, everyone was starting to get a bit panicky and the floor was just so wet and slippy, plus all the electric cables went underneath te flooring and it all just leaked a bit unsafe. So we got to the car okay (and not too wet lol) but then the roads were just terrible all the way home, at one point we completely aquaplaned and ended up sideways on the motorway, goodness knows how we got out of that one okay! So it was pretty stressful!

So then yesterday I came down with some kind of sickness bug, spent 12 hours throwing up and then feeling sooooo drained. Been self employed is crap when you're unwell :( thank goodness my parents stepped in and did today's wedding, and then I'm pretty sure I 'll be okay for tomorrow. I'm going to go to bed in a minute, I'm shattered lol!

I've been pretty busy work wise lately, September is quite busy! Plus I have quite a few new enquiries coming in. I've had a few really stressful weddings / clients lately which I really really don't like :( I think I've ad it too easy tbh, as soon as things get stressful I can't deal with it, because I'm just to used to it :dohh: I think I need to sort myself out :haha:

Sarah - hope you're better!

Emera - hope you get better weather soon! I'm fed up of summer!

Dan has taken Owen and Dylan out and let Owen nap at 4pm and hes still asleep at quarter to 6! when he as not supposed to let him nap now and now it'll be up to me to take care of him til midnight when I'm working tomorrow! I'm so mad. He doesn't see it as any big deal as he doesn't deal with the after effects! He was supposed to take them for a walk but decided on a drive! What a f****** stupid thing to do when you know he shouldn't nap! Agh!!!! Sorry for the rant!

Back to work for 2 days and it seems like I've never left! Lol! It's super quiet in here hope you're all ok xxx

Aww boo to back at work maybe!
All the same here-just about managing a colicky baby and demanding toddler! ;)
Hope everyone is ok? H&f what was up with your baby and is she ok now? Xxx

Hey all -

Sorry its been a nightmare week. Eva started running a temperature last Wednesday so in the middle of the night we ended up calling the doctor out ... I thought she would just check her over and precribe something but no straight off to hospital and little miss was admitted to neonatal having loads of tests done - horrible experiance. Ended up in for almost a week as her temperature wouldnt settle but finally it did and the consultant let us home deciding it was just a virus. ( Amy had a dodgy tummy before and then I had one so it all fitted) but it was horrible. All home now though and just trying to forget about it all. Seeing my little girl in that state was awful.

Hope everyone else is ok . x x x

Mork - hope things calm down for you soon!

H&f - how scary! Glad Eva is better. How is Amy dealing with the new arrival?

Erin started reception today! She's getting so grown up. She's 5 on 22nd of thus month

Maybe - Amy loves Eva ... I think she just struggles as we are so tired after me having a week in hospital away from her, but I know it will improve as time goes on. I am currently expressing one bottle a day so dave can do first night feed to help me catch up. Will try and catch up properly later I currently have a feeding monster!
