Muddles for the three of you! Bless little Oliver, Oliverwoo doesn't normally notice if I've popped out I'd quite like him to get all excited when he sees me but he's generally so busy playing when I get back he's just like normal The bumps and falls aren't fun but like you say they happen, and I think we have to get tough to it

Maybe I can't believe Danny There is no way I'd be making him food!!

H&F It's always a give and take thing with weddings, as long as you keep an eye on things and make sure you can save on things, you'll be fine

well when the kids were asleep he decided to get up. i went to the kitchen and he changed the channel from what i was watching to what he wanted. not speaking to him. decided to have a bath and 2 mins after i got in owen woke up screaming. i got up as of course he wasnt going to. brought owen to the bedroom where i intend to stay away from my so helpful husband. he's so out of order! he hasnt even asked how i am feeling with my cold he's only bothered about himself he's just got a sore throat but anyone would think he was terminally ill!!! am i being unreasonable

Maybe you are been completely reasonable! All you want is some help with YOUR children! They are as much yours aas they are his! What an earth is going to happen when you go back to work?!?!

Urgh, I'm so annoyed with myself
I haven't had any emails for a few days and didn't think anything of it (except urgh, no emails ) until I had time to sit down and look at it tonight and found that my mail box was full So I've missed three days of enquries, argh I'm so flippin STUPID!!!!! I know you learn from these things and it certainly won't happen again, but I could kick myself

i thought he was going to but no such luck. i think he thinks that sleepong on the sofa so owen can be in the bed with me is sacrifice enough! i want to try owen in his cot but danny still hasnt gone for it, or the playpen, both of which are at my inlaws flat 5mins walk from here

morning all! i have decided that i am going to have a good day and if he wants to be an arse so be it. he woke up and went to the loo (didnt even flush it ) and then went to bed leaving me again to be with the kids on my own. the kids have had breakfast and now i am going to have breakfast (and a whizz on here ) and then i'm going to take them to the playground.

maybe will has the rare dark green and it's nice, my friend has the dark cognac for her little boy which is just as nice!!!

If it helps Maybebaby, here are pictures of mine and Joni's necklaces. I think it is hard to discern the true colour on the website white background as opposed to skin. Joni's is cognac and mine is dark cherry.

I am tempted to say dark green for Owen but to be honest I think any of them will look lovely and none too girly.
Could you just ask you in-laws or some friends to get the playpen and cot from Danny's parents? Perhaps it would be good for him to see you arranging things without him and others doing the jobs he is supposed to?

Sarah - bummer about your mailbox could you put an announcement on your site to say that you had 'technical difficulties' with email enquiries between x-y dates and apologise that you would not have received them?


Bleurgh pants night. Joni's other top middle tooth is cutting so she was up and awake 12-5 So Joni is managing about 7 hours sleep a night while teething, if this waking keeps going on I am going to have to start going to bed when she does in the evening

I love all the necklace colours! The green one is really nice. I'm tempted to get Oliver one but I'm such a skeptic I really don't get how they can work . . . I know everyone who has them says they are great but I just struggle with that whole thing I could just get one because they look cute though

FruFru thats a good idea re the mail box . . . I might do that. I emailed everyone I could think might have messaged me, like the ongoing enquries etc. I feel a bit better about it this morning, I just get annoyed with myself but I know a lot of these things I just have to learn, and they are mistakes I'll only make once

We had a pretty good night here - sorry to hear about your poopy night FruFru! Not sure what our plans are for today. Steve should be up pretty soon and then it would be nice to go out and get some fresh air at some point.

sarah - owen's naps have improved since he's been wearing the anklet. might just be coincidence but as the necklace is only £12 i am going to get it. more amber touching skin = more effect = longer naps? worth a go!!!

went to the playground with my friend and her son who's erin's age.she's pregnant and due in may so i look at her and think this was me last year

Bobby has started crawling today I am so happy for him as he seems so pleased with himself Plus when he was sitting in the playpen today he held the bars and pulled himself up! Its been an exciting day

Bobby has been so much happier today and so much less frustrated. He has been crawling to all his toys and he always seems smiling while he is doing it

Modo Oliver was exactly the same as Bobby - as soon as he started crawling he also started pulling himself up, now he does it ALL the time Oliver is also much more content now he is more mobile and in control . . . no he just cries when he wobbles over

So cute

I went to Westfields during Ben's shift today. I got Bobby some tops in 12-18 from Debenhams, some toys for ELC and some seseme street plush toys. I got Big Bird, Cookie Monster, Ernie and Burt. They are really cute (I am little tempted to cuddle Big Bird!) and I hope he likes them.

Do your babies like plush toys now? Bobby has a few in his crib and he sucks on them and flings them about!

Modo - yay for bobby crawling and standing! Amy has a huge teddy and a cuddly toy called George in her cot and she cuddles them during the night!

Maybe - Glad you had a good day - hope your OH gets the cot and playpen for you soon or spmeone else can help you!

Fru-fru - I love the necklaces ... we were thinking about getting one for Amy! She isnt sleeping well at the moment I think her top teeth are on their way!

Sarah - glad you had an alright night. How is your buisness going? Did the wedding show get you more interest?

Well we have had a good day - went to two garden centers and sainsburys to do food shopping, I am glad I wrote a list and stuck to exactly what I needed as the entire shop came to £15! I am just sat writing out directions to the wedding and key information to go in the invites ... hopefully we will send them out by the end of the month!!! I feel like you lot should be coming!
