**November 2018 testing thread**

Ahhh okay i got you! I believe the one i have here is 3 digit, if it hasn't happened this month I'll get one for next month when I order more opks, so how does it work? Does it rise to a certain amount during ovulation or pregnancy? ♡

When you ovulate you'll get a "ovulation dip" after ovulation has happened your temp should go up after that, and before af due it normally goes below a cover line I'll post my chart from this month and last xx

This is this month's.

Then last month's see how my temp went down just before af.

Right I see! Definatly have to give it a try next month If it hasn't happened this month! ♡

Positive opk and working late shifts. Hubby is gonna hate me when I wake him up later

I have updated the front page loving adding all the bfps to the front page..

Sorry to the ladies who af got.

AFM I am Cd12 few twinge but no blazing ovulation as of yet.. my tracker has my highest days from tomorrow till Friday (Friday being ovulation day) I'll keep testing at the same time but it is SMU starting to think I should test in the afternoon aswell?

Ok ladies, I have a question about temps and multiple LH surges in one cycle. I’m super regular and tend to ovulate like clockwork on CD 17 or 18. I usually start testing with OPKs on CD12. So imagine my surprise when I get a positive on CD 12 a couple days ago! I’ve read that you can gear up to ovulate multiple times but it only happens once, so I’ve kept testing and my subsequent OPKs have been negative. But my temps have gone up ever since that positive! So for anyone who has had multiple LH surges in one cycle, did your temperatures change as well? Or would they only rise after ovulation has occurred, meaning that I may have ovulated super early this month?

I have a line on a FRER!!
It's pink irl but also past the time window so probably not real, but it's lovely to see a line anyway :haha:
Its so faint I doubt it will be visible at all in the upload but I'll try anyway.

Do you not ovulate? I found Femara to not produce as many follies for me but Clomid was crazy with it...lol. I heard Femara will give you a good quality follie though. And that's all I got one cycle was one follie on Femara. I'm starting to think maybe I should forego 50 mil follies for one good one. At my age a good egg matters.

FX you don't need to move on to Femara next cycle :dust:
That's interesting to know. This is a Femara cycle for me now. Well, I've got the generic Letrozole but I think it's the same thing.
I've just had 21 day bloods done last week, so hoping it was successful.

Good luck hun I also had a bfn today at 8/9 dpo, this may sound silly, but how do you temp chart? I may do that next month if just using opks this month didn't work out ♡

Id also like to temp next cycle if someone wouldnt mind explaining it and best app to use also

Some ladies have already answered, but I just thought I'd add that I have a Femometer. It is a Bluetooth fertility thermometer that connects with an app, so i don't have to put the temperatures in manually. It's really easy to use. However, you have to use it at the same time every day and on weekends i try to sleep in. So, I use a calculator that I found online to adjust your temperature when you don't take it at the usual time and I put those temps into fertility friend. I find fertility friend better than femometer but I like the convenience of not having to remember my temperature when I'm still half asleep.

so I’ve kept testing and my subsequent OPKs have been negative. But my temps have gone up ever since that positive!

If you had a positive OPK and temps have gone up, I think you're in the luteal phase!

At least you caught the OPK. Was your timing okay?

The first half of the cycle can vary significantly, especially with stress. The second half stays more constant.

You've been TTC since 2012??? I hope this one is it for you!

I'm not hopeful coz it was hours after the time window but I'll keep on trying.

Yep, been actively trying since we got married in 2012, but I spent 4 years prior to that trying to convince hubby we were ready for no.2. Just past 10 years now, I remember the date coz it was the day we met our new nephew and I told him that I was ready to have another one. It's been a long 10 years for me.

I'm definitely curious to see what my temps will do tomorrow and for the rest of the week. I'm going to keep testing with OPKs. We've had good timing, thankfully since we've been DTD every 1.5-3 days since the end of my period. This is the biggest variation in my follicular phase that I've had if I did indeed ovulate.
