Not sure if I'm ovulating. This is month 9 of trying and periods are very unpredictable. Some cycles I have only 16 days between and some 25. Doctor wants to try a cycle of femara

I have a line on a FRER!!
It's pink irl but also past the time window so probably not real, but it's lovely to see a line anyway
Its so faint I doubt it will be visible at all in the upload but I'll try anyway.

I can see a very faint line. Lets hope it gets darker!!!

Not really. I already take supplements (Ubiquinol, DHEA, and Maca), temp, and use OPKs. I’m just struggling with crappy old eggs. I wish there was an over the counter Progesterone supplement in the states, though. With my low post O temps, I’m concerned. My OB will only give me supplements if I get a bfp.

Ok so I’ve finally caught up after a few days off here.

Oh my what a lucky month November is proving to be. Congrats to all of you BFPs. That’s amazing.

I wish there was an over the counter Progesterone supplement in the states, though. With my low post O temps, I’m concerned. My OB will only give me supplements if I get a bfp.

You can buy Progesterone off Amazon as a cream. It's not a suppository, but I would imagine it would help some as it is made to increase your levels.

I'm going to keep testing with OPKs. We've had good timing, thankfully

Seeing the chart it looks like ovulation was on the 12th!

So I think you caught the end of the OPK and the surge could have started on the 11th!

The timing looks really good: O, O-1, O-3 on FF that combination has the same outcome as covering all 4 days (43%)

Fingers crossed for a sustained rise in temps! I'm nervous that things are going to get whacky in the next few days...

I liked Emeritas but my doc prescribed me with compounded ones then prometrium. Honestly I think the emeritas was enough and natural. Once my bottle is gone I plan to go back to it.
I like the supplements you are taking. I have them all except Maca. I had to stop taking everything once my kidney stones struck. I'm on Magnesium and plan to add Folate and Ubiq'. My hair had started falling out pretty bad but I'm not sure if it was from the stress of stones or one of my multitude of supplements.

The only thing I haven't really tried is serious exercise to increase blood flow to Ovaries. I get stuck mentally...LOL

I see that too! My first faint bfp on 10dpo looked a little like that but it came up within a few minutes. Have you tested again?

You will find a short course for free from the fertility friend app that explains everything super clearly (when and how to temp, how to interpret the temps etc).

Not much to report this morning. Tried a FRER and thought something was catching my eye at first, but by the end of the time window, nothing.
I also did a B&M cheapie test at the same time. I've used these before and got a positive on the same day as my first positive FRER. I could see a line so I did another one and could still see a line. But I can't pick it up on camera, so i guess there's no colour to it.

Temp dropped fractionally, but chart still looks good I think, for 12 dpo.

FF put some crosshairs on CD 15, so I’m 3DPO now. We have a better timing with BD this cycle so FX!
