Hey if my friend Kate can start BFing after the birth she had, two major ops and almost 9 weeks in hospital anyone with a bit of determination and a stroke of luck can do it! She is somewhat more determined to BF than most though...LOL

you got yourself some laninosh? You got that you are set for the cracked nipples etc bit. Its then really just being tired (co sleeping solves that one) and if you get blocked ducts/mastitis/thrush...but those dont happen to everyone, Ive only ever had a blocked duct once and that was my own silly fault!
