Lavender - I tried an IC & that came up with another faint line too! Fainter than the first test, but it was later in the day. I'll take another early test tomorrow and then maybe a digital on Tues if I can get one by then! I'm in work then too! Ahh. There are so many things going through my head, like talking to someone at work as I've got to be so careful.. I can't be moving 10kg bags of food, and I can't go in the back if the vets are operating on a rabbit cos the sedation can seep into the air! Omg.
Mkyerby - it's similar here, my GP has said to me before that they don't tend to do any tests & a HPT is enough to go on! I can't see them until monday 15th!! I can go earlier, but I'd rather see my favourite Dr and she only works mondays
I don't want to go tomorrow as I'm not late yet then..
Emiloo - Thank you so much hun! Haha, the toaster! DH & I have this running thing about getting a 4 slice toaster, he's been after one for ages & I said we didn't need one (there's just us two in the house), I compromised and said we could get one when I get pregnant! Hehe. Sounds like you're having a really positive first cycle off BCP! my first month was rotten, I had dizzy spells, sickness, it was just awful. I hope you're feeling ok.
MamaBunny - Thank you so much! I still can't believe it.. At the moment, it's just a line on a test. It's not really sunk in that this could be a baby! DH never thought it would happen, he was so surprised!
I told DH this morning! I should have filmed it!! It was so cute. He was downstairs on the couch, asleep, I came down & started hugging him & asking about his plans for the day. He slowly woke up and we chatted. I asked if he'd have any spare time today.. He asked why? I said maybe we could go toaster shopping? And paused.. Then said, there's no rush though, we have around 9 months to buy it! And his face lit up!! He looked at me and asked if I am pregnant! I said I think so!! Showed him the test, he couldn't see the line at first cos the curtains were closed, but we opened them & he could see it so clearly! He's been so sweet since, rubbing my belly and kissing me, being so protective! We looked for a toaster, but couldn't find the one we wanted, I hope it's not a sign! It's been a really, really great morning
I don't know what to do! I have so many thoughts.. do I tell him now, even though there's a risk of it being a CP, do I wait until period is due? and test again.. do I get the toaster or do I wait? omg. I am in shock, I didn't think it would happen! I'm paranoid it's just an evap. It came up really quick, I saw it as the dye went across, but I've had that before. Normally it just whites out, but this time, when I looked after washing my hands.. there was def something there! I don't believe it! I might nip out while DH is working and but a toaster, wrap it and put it under the tree :'D
