To my family:

STOP leaving the vibrate on the bouncer! It's annoying and I'm going through batteries like I dunno what!

If you offer to have LO for me to eat breakfast/get dressed then dont call me every two seconds to tell me she is smiling/hungry/needs a nappy change. If you want to help then do so! If her nappy needs changing then change it, everything is there to do it!

If she is sleeping or just stirring from a nap it is NOT okay to pick her up and play with her and jiggle her about. Yup, doing that does make her sick and Im creased that it went all over you

I actually HATE that you call yourself "Mam" yes it maybe short for Mamgu, but you arent "too old" to be "nana" and everytime you say to her "mamamam" to encourage her to say it, she will probably say "mam" as in "mammy" first seeing as I am with her all day everyday...

Just cause she smiles and laughs when you play with her it doesnt mean she likes you better...

You should warn her that not wanting to be called nana could end up back firing on her. When I was born I was my dad's first and only child and the first grandchild to his parents. His mom felt too young to be called grandma so told us not to call her that so as I grew up I never knew what to call her! I could never remember her actual name so I just called her "no name" for years. It wasn't until I was about 10 years old that she finally said I could call her grandma because at this point she had more grandkids as well who all called her grandma from the start.
Karma gave her a bit of revenge though, out of all her grandchildren there has never been another girl! And my daughter was her first born great granddaughter!

No, his carseat straps are not too tight, I've had many car seat specialists show me the proper way to use it and they are supposed to be very tight. No, it is not going to suffocate him.

Well at least if you ever have a car accident (hopefully not!) and he comes out of it 100% fine because his straps were tight enough you can tell them both off!

i think Alpaca yarn is the most expensive and soft so should lower her knitting down by at least 3/4s lol! xx

They might even be nice and soft enough to wear with better wool I was given three knitted cardigans for LO after she was born. One was a really cheap store bought one that felt so uncomfortable and stiff and rough I didn't dare put it on LO. The second was store bought but good quality, soft but still kind of stiff feeling so I didn't use it much. The third was hand made with good yarn and it was so soft and nice I had her wearing it all the time!

my MIL is annoying tho most problems have been sorted out with a firm word! tho im sure il have a lot more to say once baby 2 comes along!
but she is a good lil knitter and has knitted a lot of bits in a lovely soft yarn
